I recently had one of my best experiences at this salon! From the moment I walked in, the customer care was exceptional. The atmosphere was full of positive energy, and the entire team radiated good vibes. Raha, the stylist who cut my hair, was absolutely amazing! She listened to what I wanted, offered thoughtful suggestions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I left feeling refreshed and confident, and I can't wait to return. I would have given zero stars if it were an option. I asked for a long, layered haircut, and while Raha did cut my hair, it was completely wrong. One side has layers, but the other side has none. This was the worst haircut experience I’ve ever had. I would never recommend this salon. You spoiled my hair with uneven haircut.

Raha was horrible. She did threading for me and my daughter. She didn’t know how to shape the eyebrows, what eyebrow shape matches the face. As she went on asking and correcting she hurt my skin so much that i got deep cuts on the part she threaded. Same with my daughter. It has been two weeks since I went and it still bruised. I will never go there again.
