My boyfriend and I went for massages today. I called to check availability and I was told to come later in the afternoon. Before I could say what service we wanted, I was hung up on so I wasn’t sure what we were in for.

We arrived and were promptly taken care of. The service we received was excellent. We agreed it was one of the best massages we’ve ever had (I am a massage snob and he had yet to have one he was truly satisfied with, with no complaints).

We paid a total of $80 for our services and we tipped $20. The manager who took our payment made a snide remark to me about how we “only” tipped so much on an $80 service, shook his head, waved us off and stormed to the back. I couldn’t believe the audacity he had to expect more money to pocket for himself when he did none of the work!

Overall it was a great experience but the manager is a real dick. Expect to be chastised for your tip because whatever you decide to pay won’t be good enough for this arrogant jerk.

This place is extremely unprofessional. I went a week ago for a 30 min massage, I was told they couldn't perform the service because they didn't have any techs. Four of the techs were standing outside smoking at this time. It was close to their closing time so I said let me give it another try. A week later I walked in just after 5 p.m., I was taken back immediately for an hour massage. While my feet are soaking and the tech is massaging my head the owner/manager tells him to stop because someone else came in. While they are speaking in their native tongue, I ask what is the problem. He began to tell me, he doesn't have time and I was a walk-in and this lady had an appointment. I asked, why was I escorted back here if you couldn't accommodate my services. He continued to state that I was a walk-in. In the end he apologized and told me to come back later. I will never patronize this location again.

This place has gone downhill! Majority of the "Therapists" seem to have absolutely no clue of the anatomy and the functions of the muscles. They don't provide an intake form to see what customers need in regards to injuries, what areas to avoid and they do not communicate with the client on what kind of pressure or their day to day activities to help identify what areas to focus on. They're very cookie cutter place. The prices are dirt cheap but it's obvious why. If you're only in need of a rub down then it's OK. The front desk is very close to the rooms and the phone ringing non stop is annoying. The mgr or owner that runs the place is annoying too. Extremely rude!

I've NEVER experienced a massage that included laughter, playing and talking with the masseurs with each other then I have today. Then to be told "then don't come back" after stating I was displeased with my service. Lastly, to be asked for a tip even after being dissatisfied. I'm so disappointed in this experience.

They give great massages. The owner/ front desk gentleman is a little gruff but not bad. English barrier that's all. He's all business. The other thing I don't care for is they don't wash the towels and blankets after each client. Grosses me out. The massage are great though.

Massage is decent (90 minutes for $60) but the guy behind the counter is terrible for business. He’s so rude to you about the tip. Of course, people should tip, but you shouldn’t be rude about it to customers. He demands money, it’s crazy. I was so appalled when he asked for more (I was giving $15) I was so embarrassed and felt like it was a joke but it wasn’t. He made me feel so bad that I gave more money when I didn’t feel like the person deserved more than $15 tip.

I was treated to a deep tissue massage for an hour. My friend recieved a 30 minute massage. The massage was lovely. Definitely was thinking of patronizing the business again. Once the massage was over I asked the rude guy behind the counter where was the bathroom. His response was he wait for you do you have cash for a tip. I replied yes I do. But I need to use the restroom. He then says he worked on you for hour give him tip now. I handed the guy $10. The rude says no your friend gave the other lady $20 for a 30 minute massage. You give him $30. I looked at both guys and felt very uncomfortable with this. My friend was gone. Definitely will not go there again!
