We got married in March of 2024 (just now getting around to writing a review) and we had a wonderful experience with Woodberry. Joelle, the owner, was incredibly helpful and accommodating during the preparation for, and the actual day of, our wedding. She provided suggestions for colors, materials, and decorations, and communicated with us well throughout the entire process. The stay at the cabin on the property was great, and the venue was clean and pleasant all around. Joelle’s daughter Isabelle baked the cake for our wedding, and it was beautiful, very tasty, and matched exactly what we wanted visually. Decorating was easy, as Woodberry provided all of materials for us to decorate the venue. The grounds of the venue have beautiful fields and huge live oaks great for photos, and I would recommend Woodberry to anyone looking for a wedding venue.

Where to begin? We started with looking and picking a venue. The minute you drive into Woodberry Weddings, Havana you have a peace come over you. This is a rustic beautiful, magical and breathtaking place. Joelle and all of the family are so accommodating with everything. There is so much that you can use so you don’t need to buy everything. I could not have had a better place to plan and execute my daughter Brooke Baczewski and her husband David Baczewski’s wedding. If you choose Woodberry you will not regret. I will forever be grateful for Woodberry Weddings for providing the place for my daughter’s dream to come true. I’ve pictured her since she was born as a princess bride one day and Woodberry provided the castle I mean barn ? for the best day of her life. Thank you Joelle and family for everything. ❤️

I had the pleasure of working at Woodberry Farm in Havana this past weekend & had a great experience as a vendor. The wedding was right after Hurricane Helene & the owner Joelle responded promptly to put everyone’s mind at ease. They did a great job cleaning up debre after the storm & ensuring the venue was ready to go. She was fantastic to work with & very down to earth. The venue set up the tables for the reception & ceremony space & made it every planners dream to work with. She also provided most of the decor so I had free range to be creative. I would recommend any couple to have their wedding at Woodberry. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you for a wonderful experience! My clients were very pleased with everything!!

October 2024 bride of Woodberry here!
I google searched wedding ceremony places and Woodberry was my very first result. I fell in love with the gorgeous trees and the beautiful 100 year old Tobacco barn in the pictures and just had to book a tour. Little did I know that I would later find out I had found my middle school choir director who taught me when we both lived in Memphis, TN. It was so crazy to have met 10 years later in Havana, FL of all places! Truly a God thing.
There are so many amazing things I could say about this place but calling it the perfect venue sums everything up to say the absolute least. The owners are amazing, sweet, and sooo helpful. They made planning my wedding so much easier! Woodberry is so different than your average venue. Everything is included! From the decorations ( including flowers, lanterns, greenery, card boxes and other signs etc), the fire being lit on the wedding night, the cute little bar area, the chairs/seating (for ceremony and reception), the arbors at the ceremony site, the tables (for reception/rehearsal and the catering) and just so much more. They even have their own Belle's Bakery for all the sweet treat needs (she makes a gorgeous wedding cake).
There wasn't a question I had that wasn't immediately answered! Mrs. Joelle had all the contacts too! You need a caterer? She's got you. You need ice available to ice down your bar drinks? She's got the guy for that too. Need a perfect DJ to set the vibes for the wedding reception? She's got it all! There's even air BnB's close by for guests to stay in if they need to come from out of town.
This place is perfect for any event you could possibly have in mind. I couldn't have had a more perfect day and could not possibly recommend Woodberry more!

Woodberry was an incredible venue for our wedding! It poured on our wedding day and Joelle and her family were so helpful! They provided umbrellas, a golf cart for me to get to the barn from the cabin. Having all of the decorations included was so helpful! We didn’t have to bring a lot to decorate! When someone is looking for venue recommendations, I always recommend Woodberry!

I don’t think we could have picked a better place to get married! We were in love with the place from the beginning! The owners were super nice and easy going. Very helpful with any questions, and always available. We loved every minute. The place is beautiful and you can’t beat the price with everything you receive for the weekend. If we were to do it over again, we would definitely still pick woodberry.

It’s difficult to put into words how amazing our experience was at Woodberry. From the moment we visited to the final cleanup, every aspect was perfect! Joelle was a caring host, who made sure that all our needs were accommodated. Woodberry offers everything you need for an exceptional wedding and reception. From the stocked pond, which several of our party enjoyed fishing at, to the ceremony site overlooking a beautiful field, to the historic tobacco barn with its hand carved beams, and beautifully decorated handmade tables, plus all the flowers, greenery and decor that you could possibly need included in the price, and dance floor illuminated at night with the warm glow of hanging lights, to the relaxing speakeasy and romantic cottage, no detail was left out. While the stress of planning a wedding and the fear of what might go wrong were in the back of our minds, we worried for nothing because it truly could not have been a more perfect day celebrating the union of a wonderful couple with friends and family! We highly recommend Woodberry to anyone wishing for not only a beautiful setting, but an amazing experience and hosts that attend to every detail!

I cannot say enough good things about Woodberry and Joelle! My Husband and I got married on February 10th of this year - 2024. The venue is absolutely stunning, we said “I Do” under a canopy of live oak trees.
Something I was sold on was the access to the site for an entire weekend, not just a single day, so setting up and tearing down was much less stressful than it could’ve been. We’ve heard nothing but good things from all of our guests about how beautiful and magical everything was. The groom and our groomsmen got ready in the Grooms Speakeasy Barn, and it’s a rustic moody place to get couples photos. I and my bridesmaids, maid of honor, mother and mother-in-law got ready in the Bridal Cottage the morning of, and I spent the night before the wedding on site with my maid of honor and one of my bridesmaids. The cottage is very cute, it’s cozy, rustic with modern touches, and has a full kitchen and bathroom, you have the option to spend your wedding night there as well.
Joelle (one of the owners and the main contact for the venue) was super helpful and accomidating, she allowed us to make the ceremony very much our own and bring our own doors to use as a grand entrance. She was prompt in responding to my many questions over the weeks and months leading up to our wedding.
Perhaps the best part of all is the access to their wide variety of decorations. From signage to florals to whimsical centerpieces, they have everything you could possibly need to bring your vision to life. And the best part? It's all included in the price. The tables, chairs, ceremony site pews, are all so pretty and unique from other venues we’d looked at. With everything included in the price it was an easy choice for us when we decided to go with Woodberry to host our special day. Other venues nickle and dime you to death if you want to use their tables, chairs, etc., or you have to handle the hassle of renting your own from other vendors. Our wedding was very peaceful and low stress!
