0/10. I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment with the quality of care provided by this facility. After multiple attempts to contact the office, I received no response. When I finally did connect with the staff, I was repeatedly told by nurses that they had consulted with the provider, despite my ongoing pain and complications during pregnancy. I was dismissed with the explanation that “bleeding is normal” and was informed that the clinic was fully booked and could not accommodate me, even as I expressed the severity of my symptoms.

As a result, I was left to endure severe pain and distress, forcing me to seek emergency care elsewhere. After visiting the ER on multiple occasions, I ultimately went to Baptist, where I tragically learned that I had miscarried. The lack of follow-up or concern from this facility is deeply troubling. At no point did they reach out to check on my well-being.

It is clear that this practice does not prioritize patient care or safety, and the negligence displayed has had devastating consequences. I strongly urge others to seek medical attention elsewhere, as this facility poses a serious risk to both the health of patients and their unborn children. This practice must be held accountable and should face serious scrutiny for its harmful approach to patient care.

I am beyond frustrated.
I came here because I heard good things but the treatment and quality here truly sucks.
I originally came because I suspected I had endometriosis due to heredity reasons, never received a clear answer.
Soon after, I got pregnant with my son.
I was told that the genetic testing would cost me $200.
Only to find out that it was 3900 because they filed it untimely and now they will not return my calls, I have asked for them to pay it or help since this is THEIR fault. I received no call back, no portal message, nothing.
I am a single mother with no financial help…
Now I am having to pay 3900 due to their mistake.

Please AVOID this place at all costs.

We attended this location for 18 weeks of our pregnancy and every appointment that we went to we left with more questions. It felt like it was about how quick they could get us in and out.

We transferred to a different location and it was completely night and day. The midwife at the new location was utterly shocked that noone went over my pregnant wife's blood work with her. It has been weeks snice the results. Just be prepared to be own your own at this location. Also I overheard the staff bad mouthing a patient while I was waiting on my wife outside the exam room because they were asking assistance for something other than what the appointment was for. Unprofessional and nasty is how I would explain the situation. The recent reviews of this location is overwhelming negative that speaks on it's own.

Every visit is a mess. Never feel seen. Someone different every visit so there is no connection built between patients and Drs/midwives. They say you can request someone but finding that right person has been a huge challenge and usually there's a reason you can't see them again. Numerous details in my chart have been wrong which could of became a big deal. Such as stating I have medical conditions that I don't and wanting to medicate me for it. Prescribing me medication that has been in my chart from day one as a allergy. Also they do not communicate with the high risk doctor so no one is ever on the same page. Coming up on my third trimester and feel stuck wishing I had left them earlier on. You possibly get a stranger to deliver your baby because you get whoever is on call. Overall I don't recommend. I hope others have a better experience.

My experience was great. Easy and pleasant check in. The MA Lisa was so sweet. Dr. Collier was upbeat, friendly and caring.

This is mine and my girlfriends first baby and from the first time we met with them it has been completely terrible, my girlfriend has been to the hospital multiple times with pains and they just tell her she is fine with no explanation of what is happening. At the moment she could be having contractions but she is too scared to call her ob or go to the hospital due to the fact they give her no information and make her feel like she is an inconvenience by asking for help, if you want confidence and the ability to know what is happening please go elsewhere because this is not the place to go.

If you have PCOS related issues they only ever want to put you on a pill or an IUD here. It doesn’t matter if you’ve done both before and had complications, they will not listen. And birth control and IUD will be their only answer.
I’ve went here for years and finally had my last straw.
The provider I saw recently wasn’t my typical doctor.
She had zero bedside manner.
She came in the room telling me she hadn’t even looked at my file.
She neglected to fully explain to me the results of my testing. She had me leaving the office just as confused as when I came in. She offered little to no help or guidance on my situation.
Do not recommend.
