I got a bob hair cut with Rachel and she spoiled my hair from back. They are so uneven that I hate my hairs. This has been the worst hair cut ever. Just one advise to Rachel, if you don’t know how to do bob please let your client know about it. There is no shame in accepting something you don’t know instead of spoiling the hairs.

I got a full highlight done with Nicole and she was amazing! She let me know right away my hair was thick and the price would be a little different, which I expected, but she went above and beyond working sooo many foils into my hair. I hadn’t been in anywhere in a while and it looks so natural and blended, and just turned out perfectly. Great service and results!

Got my roots bleached - salon was gorgeous and they were able to get me in quickly. Service was decent. Ended up a little patchy but I'm sure it'll wash out as it appears to be just toner.

I had an incredible experience with Tiffany getting a full balayage and fresh cut after a few years of not having got my hair done. At first I was so nervous because I was trying someone new and usually don’t end up loving it - but I left SO HAPPY! I have super long and thick hair and sometimes it’s a challenge - on top of that is always seems to pull super funky for balayage but Tiffany did such an amazing job getting my hair to pull and tone to a beautiful color after only one session!! It was so exciting to finally find someone who did incredible and i would 10/10 recommend Tiffany and Wisp!!

The haircut I got was really bad. I’m still giving two stars because the salon was exceptionally clean and everyone was very nice. When I called to make my appointment I requested a specific stylist. I was told I couldn’t have the stylist I wanted because I have curly long hair, but they had other stylists who have specific training in my hair type. I booked with their recommendation. While the stylist was doing my hair I found out that she had no specific training; she was just familiar with curly hair because she has it. On that front I feel lied to and because my cut is so bad it upsets me that I wasn’t able to choose who I originally wanted. The hair cut I showed her isn’t even remotely close to what I got. I have a literal hole in the side of my hair and it is extremely uneven. We’re talking a full inch difference in length between hair pieces that are in the same location on opposite sides of my head. I also expressed that I didn’t want more than a half an inch removed from the bottom layers of my hair. She took off 4 to 5 inches. When it came to styling, she curled my hair while it was wet which does a ton of damage. I realized this because on my way home I felt my hair and it was damp all over. My roots were left curly and frizzy while the rest of my head was curled. She also wanted to leave my bangs undone. When I left I was honest about not getting the cut I wanted and was clearly disappointed. The stylist told me I could come back in and she would only charge me a bang trim to adjust the layers. I got home and realized exactly what the damage was with the hole and uneven layers. Plus she left the top too long and cut way too much off the bottom. I will say I had a lot of hair and maybe there just wasn’t enough time in the appointment for a full cut and style. I included a photo of what I wanted vs what I got.

Just went to Jessica and she was absolutely fantastic! First scheduled a haircut (long overdue) and she did exactly what I asked for. My haircut turned out so well I then booked a highlight appt with her and she did a fantastic job with that as well! Talked me through each step to ensure I was getting what I wanted and it turned out beautiful! Will be back to see her again and highly recommend. The salon is also very clean and beautifully decorated which makes the experience even better.
