After our old barber moved I asked for recommendations for kids cuts. Both my boys have typical come over/hard part fade haircuts. Jordan was recommended by quite a few moms in my community. So we drove the 55 miles to see him. My 3 yr old went first and his hair was so awful. Jordan cut him in a 2 the entire way up his head and left this weird bowl cut around the top with a huge fluff in the back. By the time I noticed it was too late to do anything. There’s no fixing it because it’s already way to short. There’s clipper lines all in his hair. To make matter worse, we have family pictures coming up that I think I need to cancel. His hair is so awful! My teenager was terrified to go next but I promised him we’d be VERY CLEAR on what we wanted and didn’t. We had him barely take any hair off so he didn’t end up bald also.
So now my teen needs another haircut and I essentially paid $60 for the worst haircut my toddler has ever had.

Everyone here is wonderful!! Especially with the kiddos. Jordan is the only person one of them will let cut his hair, he does not like people or being touched and Jordan does wonderful with keeping a conversation and making it an all over wonderful experience

Never seen my husband so upset. The lady who cut his beard completely ruined it. Thanks for nothing. Save your money. Go elsewhere.

I sent my boys to get haircuts and eye brows waxed. I made an appointment. They were not prepared and sent them away to come back later. The female stated the wax was hard as a rock and needed to warm up. When they came back she waxed their eye brows and when my oldest told her they had hair appts she immediately became rude and frustrated until she looked and saw he was right. Then tells him that if she knew that she would not have sent him away at 8am when they first arrived. The haircut my son got is so absolutely horrible and ridiculous! More than 1/3 of each of his eyebrows is completely missing and she charged them full price on the way out the door. Can’t trust this place!

Did a really terrible job on my husband's hair and beard. They cut holes in his beard, it wasn't even, it wasn't trimmed down properly like he asked. And I'm not sure how you can mess up a buzz cut, but it happened. Ended up having to book at Floyd's the next day to get it all fixed. $72 down the drain, won't be returning.

The appointment holds the space...that's how it works. What's the point of an appointment with my person of choice if it's not honored?! Great way to lose customers.

I came in not knowing exactly what I wanted, but once I gave them a brief description they got the cut perfect. Would totally recommend to anyone looking for a local barbershop that knows what they’re doing.
