First time at Who’s Next Barber Shop last week and it was a very pleasant experience. I had a little bit of a wait, but they were always checking on me during that time and offered drinks. My cut was what i was looking for and more. I got my cut by remee and she took the time to look at the picture i showed and give me suggestions. I loved it! My new spot for sure.

Came in for a haircut and beard trim. Hadn't cut my hair in two years so I was pretty nervous. Alex took great care of me and made sure that everything was exactly how I wanted it. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks for making me look my best!

I was talking to a coworker about how I needed to find a new barber and shop since I wasn’t satisfied with my previous. He recommended this shop to me and I got my hair cleaned up by Alex. He did an impeccable job and really fixed me up good. I can’t wait for my next visit in, thanks again Alex!

Disappointing Experience - Beware of Hidden Charges!

I visited this barbershop with high hopes as I needed some help before an important event but left feeling utterly disappointed and taken advantage of. I clearly communicated that I only needed a quick clean around the sides, as I planned to return for a full haircut the next day. However, the barber saw an opportunity to upsell me, suggesting a fade refresher would cost like a full haircut, but agreeing to quickly trim around my ears and neck. I agreed assuming it would be a symbolic fee and was ready to tip her. To my dismay, I was charged a whopping $20 for a mere minute of trimming around my ears and neck (if I knew it would cost that much, I would have just agreed for a full haircut right there.) This unprofessional and opportunistic behavior left a sour taste in my mouth. Beware of hidden charges and think twice before trusting this establishment.

Overall a Good Atmosphere, based on the location it's obvious they are used to different "Clientele" Honestly I don't think they are used to cutting hair that grows towards the sun.

In other words they aren't used to cutting black people's hair.

I feel like my barber wanted to be nice, I Just don't feel like my time or Money was valued, $35 for a cut that I could have done better for free is insulting

I Get it though, It's just the Game we play.

This shop is amazing! Alex, the owner, is such a cool personality and immediately makes you feel comfortable. You jump right into stories and feel like one of the guys. The bonus: you get an awesome haircut at a reasonable price!

I definitely found my place!
