Everything about the experience is magical. Products amazing and the staff is on point! I love going there so much to have my hair colored and this time I tried something new and fresh and funky and it is beyond my expectations. I love this place so much. I am now putting it into my wellness plan for a shampoo and blow dry because it's more than just shampoo and a blow dry. It's a head massage and an herbal experience with aromatherapy which I will be doing weekly!

I love this salon so much. You feel so welcomed and listened to. I described what I wanted and Bryce did an amazing job on doing just what I was dreaming of getting done. I have curly hair and always struggle to learn to style and work with my hair but Bryce was able to show me how to style my hair and what products to use. I am in love with hair now!

Waited for a few days to see how my hair look after wash and my own blow dry. Well , Marcia is great colourist I could tell. She managed to match my capricious taste perfectly ?‍♀️. Definitely will visit again when back in FL.

Got my hair colored with Dwayne, I showed him some inspo pictures and he took his time and made sure it's exactly what I have asked for. The salon is very clean and everyone is super professional. I feel very welcomed there, Dwayne did an amazing job on my hair, I did not feel rushed. Overall a really great experience, I will definitely come back!

I went in for an appointment to blend my roots into my already bright blonde hair. During the consultation part of the service I explained that I don’t know the verbiage of what I want and tried to explain and show pictures. I kept repeating i wanted my root color brought down but to keep my bright blonde especially on the ends. I just wanted my root color to naturally fade into the blonde I already had. I was showed pictures that didn’t match what I was describing in the slightest and kept saying I wanted to still be blonde not brown. I was given a lowlight service with a color darker than my root and I walked out with hair that felt almost entirely brown and was a lot darker than I anticipated. At first I tried to like it because I spent so much money on it and he did a beautiful job blending everything. Ultimately i ended up deciding it just wasn’t right that it still wasn’t what i wanted. I called the salon and explained, they booked me a free appointment to fix it. I then got a phone call from them later that day from the stylist offering to fix it the next day at 2pm. I work too far away from that location and would not have made it there on time so I declined and kept my other appointment for later on in the week. The next morning I got a call from them stating they would not be working on my hair because the stylist was suddenly saying my hair was too compromised after having just offered to fix it himself. I kept asking to speak to someone higher in management because they refused to even do a consultation to look at my hair before cancelling my appointment. They cancelled my appointment and I was crying for hours because I am now stuck with hair I don’t like. After going round and round for a full day i was exhausted and frustrated and hurt and I just wanted someone to do a consultation. They refused to even let me book a service and then told me that because I was being “difficult” in the conversations that we needed to “part ways” and was told “good luck finding a different salon” and hung up on by the manager. I luckily received a refund and found a place to fix it before my event. But if i’ve learned anything it’s that employees learn their listening and problem solving skills from management, and this places management does not know how to listen to the clients or find a solution for them when things go wrong.

Firstly, the ambiance of the salon is warm and inviting. The moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional, making sure I was well taken care of.

Now, onto Bryce - what a gem! He spent an ample amount of time consulting with me, listening carefully to what I wanted and offering expert advice to achieve the best results. I never felt rushed -- his dedication to his craft is truly evident and he gives a great scalp massage!

Throughout the session, Bryce was meticulous, ensuring every detail was perfect. His patience and precision were remarkable, and it showed in the final result.

The staff is friendly but unfortunately my color treatment was nothing at all like what I said I wanted. Came in wanting ombre, which is lighter color on the bottom with natural color on the top. I left with a full head of highlights. I was too embarrassed to complain in person but I will now have to find another salon to correct my hair, I just want my natural color back now.
