Yesterday was my son's 13th birthday. . When we were asked what we wanted we showed a reference photo. . And automatically the older lady complained that the cut would take 45 minutes to do and complained about the style he was wanting saying his hair had no volume or layers. .
There shouldn't have been an issue as the establishment is in fact a barbershop and these fokes cut hair for a living and his hair was long, past his shoulders PLENTY to work with. . That should've been my sign to just leave. . But I asked if it could be done and was assured it could. .
During the cut I'm noticing she's going shorter and shorter I mentioned it and she blows me off saying it's not going to turn out how he wants it because of his calic and because of a little scar and because he has bumps. .
That shouldn't matter to a professional barber right? I knew there would be no point in arguing. . We just paid and left. .
She wrecked his hair in my opinion. . He was very upset, to the point he didn't want to go to his own birthday dinner. . My nephew is taking him today to his barber to fix my son's hair so he doesn't have to walk around embarrassed. .
The pictures im including are what his hair looked like before and he wanted vs what he got. .

I came here 1 year ago and got a great hair cut. I came back today 25jan24. The lady that cut my hair cut my forehead 3 times and I have razor burn all over my neck. She also tried to trim my eyebrows and never did the other one and did not notice until I got home.

First time I got a cut at White's I still had hair. They had a ramp and a largish trailer as part of the entry/work area. Still in the same place and looks like the same local people coming and going! -Scott Dover

Great haircuts...good prices...good old fashioned REAL barbershop!Paul cuts my hair there and does an excellent job. Every barber there is good but I go with Paul because he has been cutting my hair for years. I have always been satisfied with White's...I recently got my hair cut at White's by Paul again. His attention to detail and the time he takes with each haircut session is admirable. He makes sure the cut makes you look the best you can. I feel like a new man when I walk out of there...thanks, Paul! Thank you White's Barber Shop!

I've been coming here for years. I got $20 out before going to get a haircut because they only take cash. The atm in there will scam you into paying fees. The dude cuts my hair and then tells me it's $21 for an $18 haircut like the past few years..
So now pulling out $20 doesn't pay for the haircut and the tip; now that doesn't even cover the haircut.. Thanks I'll go back to the other place from now on..
