Under what definition is this establishment considered a hospital? I want to say it's more of a Freak Show or Side Show, maybe even Clown College but that would give pin heads, bearded ladies and other great entertainers a bad name. What DO you call a place you go or a place you take a loved one to in a time during a health crisis thinking you're going to get help from an experienced, knowledgeable, caring, empathetic health care professional only to be met by people who either have no idea how to treat what's happening to the patient's body, how to test what's going on with the patient's body, don't care about the patient's sickness, have no respect for the patient or themselves and have no mind to think to themself "hey, I may be missing something here. I'm going to go ahead and believe the patient and since I can't find a cause for what they are describing I'm going to recommend a second opinion and send them to a different, more competent doctor/hospital for a second opinion because his/her life is more important than stroking my own ego". John Warner Hospital. That's what you call it. Also, you can find it under the definition of Hell in the Merriam-Webster Unabridged Third New International Dictionary

I am from a very large city. I needed medical attention and was pleased and surprised with the expertise I encountered at the Warner Hospital. Modern equipment and staffed by compassionate and knowledgeable medical personnel. In 4 days I had to go to the ER twice. The nurses, doctors and technicians were gracious, patient and they listened to me when I explained the problem. They did for me there what our largest city hospital has done for me, but with a smile. How nice, how different and how reassuring to someone who feels ill. My thanks to the Warner Hospital and staff.

Went in to get treated for impaired breathing due to having covid again. My family physician is who told me to go to er for treatment. And so I did....Literally the WORST bedside manner I've EVER received in my entire 36 years of living. The big ol triage nurse Tabitha is the most RUDE, HATEFUL, SOCIOPATH I've ever crossed paths with in the medical industry. If you want to be treated HATEFUL and be told your not allowed to talk to your own kids on your own phone I wouldn't recommend this place. I won't review the Dr in this post this is pointed towards triage nurse. Not the BEST care was provided all in all but the RUDEST staff you'll ever meet at this 1 star emergency room. Absolutely do not recommend!

Our pediatrician in Bloomington ordered COVID tests for our three kids at Warner Hospital in Clinton. We had never been to Clinton before, but it was a quick and easy drive. Our experience there was top notch. What could have been an uncomfortable and scary experience for my young girls was easy and painless thanks to a phenomenal nurse. We received results within 35 minutes, taking away any anxiety a long wait could’ve caused. Hopefully we won’t need to get tested again, but if we do, we would not hesitate to return to Warner. Negative results, positive experience!

They are rarely crowned in the emergency room. I have been there several times and only had to wait an hour once. The rest of the time the wait was less. They have always been able to take of the emergency I was having. Once when I was bleeding profusely they were able to stop it quickly and effectively, with a reassuring attitude that alleviated my extreme concern...well fear, actually! They are centrally located with access to larger hospital complexes in larger towns, if it becomes necessary.

Brought my mother in law in for testing this morning. Just because the receptionist had an audience and was talking to another employee is not a reason to talk down to a patient! Torii needs a lesson in empathy and patience! This doesn't lead to treating a senior patient that is already stressed out telling her "we're not even sure if the Doctor sent that!" Suggestion, look it up BEFORE sharing your opinion regarding electronic records. And the fellow employee staring the entire time is less than comforting!

May 2020
Went in with a lot of off symptoms, was told I would get labs and fluids to
start, I asked nurse if she had any special tape since I have a genetic dx which makes skin sensitive and tear easily, she was annoyed, angry and seemed shocked i would ask her that, i told her not to give me particular meds they brought in, a cocktail of sorts, as I was advised by one of my Drs that i could react to it really bad due to my pre-existing dxs, she got annoyed again, unbeknownst to me, she put 2 drugs in my iv behind my back when i thought i was only getting saline at some point, i started feeling worse suddenly, i said out loud to myself why am i feeling worse, she said because i gave you your medicine, i was having a reaction, a strong hard fast one, i could barely talk at that point, the vital machine was going off, i was shaking among other things, this went on for 2 to 3 hrs, her eyes got as big as saucers, she was like what is wrong with u, why are you shaking, i barely could mouth, i told u not to give me that, im reacting, she said she would go and get the dr, she didnt, i could barely swallow, i was trying to call for help, couldn't talk, no call light, idk how long it took but the nurse finally came back in, I was trying to mouth that I needed water, she said you want some water, i will get you some water really mean like, the dr came in and said something after looking at the vital machine, i said how long is this going to last and he said awhile, i came out worse then when I went in , it left me traumatized to this day, she said, when i left, you were right, ive never seen anyone react to that before. I also have found out (2023) that the one med I was on before going in there has serious interactions with the drugs that were put in me a long with my conditions making me more prone to not tolerate what was put in the IV. None of this was checked or believed. Medical gaslighting needs to stop! This is all too common especially since the pandemic.

I just wanted to leave a quick review about nurse Kelly. She probably one of the best people I know at family medicine. She’s been one of the reasons I get through some tough medical issues! That goes for me and my kids!
