Came in today for a pedicure and full set and this is how my toe looked when I left. The technician cut my toe with the clippers and not only didn’t apologized but what looked like the owner or boss at the moment saw what happened and didn’t apologize or offer a discount. Both of the technicians that did my nails were also rushing. The tables were dirty and they reused tools, and my nails were also burning with the acrylic. For how much they charge you’d think they would care more about the satisfaction and safety or their clients

I literally drive an hour to come get my nails done here, because I am obsessed with the job that Jason does. He never ceases to amaze me… Today, I showed him a picture of a shirt I ordered off Amazon…and the rest of what he did?…well that was all him and his creativity. ☺️? I will definitely continue coming here! Never been more satisfied with a nail salon in my last 15 years of getting them done (airbrushed and he freehanded the design)

I finally found a local nail service salon I can call home. This will be the fifth time I have had them done here. I have a horrible habit of not planning ahead so I walk in, I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes. They are always pretty busy so I really appreciate it. Definitely you should make an appointment. But I wanted to brag how pretty these look today and they feel so good and they last a long time for me. I highly recommend!

I came in three weeks ago and got a really good set, but I came in today to get a refill, and had three broken nails. The lady told me that it would be cheaper to just get a whole new set - when all of my other nails were still in tact and glued down. She then proceeded to rip off each nail down to the bed, and cut each of them down to the skin (didn’t ask if i wanted them cut down). I didn’t even get a refill because I know the glue would burn them now. I just paid $15, to get my nails destroyed.

My daughter and I have been coming here for a long time. I feel more and more disappointed as time goes. Our last visit was for two rebase sets ( my daughter did have 2 broken nails)
I am extremely unhappy with the quality and what I was charged. It’s been a day and a half and the acrylic is breaking off.
Blending of acrylic is terrible, polish from my last colors is still on the nails, the lines are sloppy on my current design and it was a simple one at that. To top it off for these two rebased I paid $160! Absolutely outrageous. That’s more than I pay for two fresh new full sets. I’m not sure we will be returning.
