This place is terrible. Just terrible they get mad when you tell them they messed up your nails .. the lady didn’t wanna even out the nail up under wanted to leave it stick to my skin now my nails chipped off it’s only been a week ! I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt the first time … this was the 2nd time and still just terrible nothing about this place gives vip

I will never come here again for two reasons.

I came in for a Mani-Pedi. I looked at the prices on the wall. A Mani-Pedi cost $60. I wanted my nails buff and they couldn't do it because they did have the machine. I have never gone to a nail salon that needed a machine to buff polish nails before. I was forced to get clear nail polish on my nails. To my surprise, vip salon charges for clear polish, $10 extra. I believe they charge this and other special extra prices because it Nail Salon desert in this area.

I went to wash my hands and that when I noticed the DINGY white hand towels to dry the clients hands.

1. - $10 for clear polish apply for a Mani-Pedi.

Good night😊 My wife took me here to get a A manicure and a pedicure. I was not Satisfied nails too short and over priced 😞 wife nail design was not done the way she wanted 😞

The lady did a great job on my nails I asked for what I wanted and she did just that🥰And she did my brows too WONDERFUL WORK‼️I will be going back

I went to get a soak off which was fine, before I got up ti sit in the eyebrow chair I tipped the guy who soaked my nails off $5 and the eyebrow tech $5 as well (before she even had me in her chair) to give her a little motivation to slay my brows. I asked for a natural ombré look. I got up from the chair with HUGE eyebrows no where near the length or width of my natural brows. She cut me underneath both my eyebrows and this was Tuesday June/ 14. My eyebrows now have ugly scars under them. I wiped the brows off IN THE SALON and still had to PAY $25 when I was told it was $10 and I didn’t ask for TINT she used it herself and messed me up. The coworkers were hovered around and laughing also so I’m sure she was new and had no experience. She also was working on my eyebrows for 10+ minutes. I will never spend my money here again and I suggest if you get your eyebrows done there wait to see how it comes out first on someone ahead of you. I’m uploading a picture of the cuts and these are my NATURAL brows. Terrible service

My first visit here was a winner! I will go back. Although it's small everyone was masked! There is a parking lot and a section for free parking on the street. I phoned in to make sure they took walk-ins and once I arrived their was a 20 minute wait. An older man took care of me and was very professional and precise. I asked him to drill the no chip polish of and he was gentle and thorough. My natural nails were perfect!

My sister recommended this place to me because of the awesome experience she had when she got her nails done for picture day so I decided to give it a chance. We went on Christmas Eve around 1:10ish. When we arrived, a male technician greeted us, asking how we doing. I was pleased, normally I’m greeted with the usual “what you want”. He then asked us what service we desired. I told him acrylic full set, he told us to pick our color. We did and sat down. He started my nails at 1:30 and I was leaving the shop at 2:00pm, which is not a good thing.

Before he began, I tried to show the nail technician what I wanted and he threw his hand up and said "no I can't look at your phone, just tell me..." I told him what I wanted and he failed to give me what I wanted. If he would have looked at the picture, he could have seen that I wanted something simple and professional. My nails were too thick, messy and fat. Very disappointed. The nail technician rushed and had acrylic dripping under my nails which hardened and could not be removed.

In the attached photos, I have a pic of short, black coffin nails. This is what I desired (different color though), but the blue, fat nails are what I got. I do not have a pic of when it was first done because I hated it sooo much but it’s only been a week and I already need a fill in and one nail is broken. (I can usually wear my nails for two weeks before needing a fill in. And I’ve never had a nail break before especially a short one.

In all, I would not recommend this place. My sister recommends Halena who works here, but I’m fine with Jenny from City Nails (her work is also attached). I did observe Halena’s technique and outcomes while we were there, her nails came out even, neat, and clean so if you do go here, pick her.
