Came here with my friend to get our nails done. We called beforehand and were told french tip would be $47. I got my nails done first so the lady first writes 48 on my receipt then scribbles it out and writes “53 for french and shape”. At first i was like okay that’s a little sketchy whatever. I go over to the chair where my friend is sitting. She asks “how much was it?” i said “i’ll tell you in a minute” and covered my price with my finger. Another nail tech comes over and tries to peep over my shoulder and i’m still covering my price. when my friend gets done the nail tech writes “58” on her receipt. I then show my friend that mine was 53. That’s when my friend loudly says “why was yours 53 and mine was 58 when we got the same exact shape and design?” We then go to pay and the lady checking us out starts yelling at my friends nail tech and tells us “i put 53 for both”. Just thought I’d share this experience before anyone goes and gets charged higher than what they planned. They choose their own prices.

Went to go get a fill and wasn't home more than 30 minutes. But I did get a call from VIP nails and she was very sweet and very respectful and I can come back and get it fixed for free for the next 7 days which is good because I work a lot so I don't have much time off so I am super pleased that they contacted me as fast as they have and are ready to fix the issue it makes me feel a lot better so I do recommend this place Good people

I have always been to VIP nails and I’ve never had a bad experience. We moved away and I was not able to come so this was my first time back and they did the dang thing! Trang was great, took care in her detail and was clean, timely and very well balanced on her execution. Exactly what I asked for and they couldn’t have looked it been priced better!

I took my 10 year old daughter to get our nails done here, and they had us in and out in 15 minutes and it definitely looks like a 15 minute job.
I wasn’t going to say anything but as we walked out my 10yo said “uhh they didn’t do everything other places normally do”. I can’t wait to get home and take off this uneven polish and file down the jagged mess they left my nails.

Really good experience! Ignore how swollen my feet are haha I’m 9 months pregnant. The $30 was such a great experience the nail tech did exactly what I needed and wanted! The front desk was super friendly! And I guess next time I come I didn’t know this but you get a complimentary beverage with any pedicure they had (wine, beer and sodas). I would definitely come back to this place for a pedicure!!

They were really nice and did an amazing job on my acrylics. The free-hand designs he did were insane. Everything was very clean and the ventilation was great, there wasn't a super strong smell like most salons. Even though it was packed when I came in for my appointment I still got in and out in a decent amount of time. I recommend them to everyone.

Came here today with my friend, we had appointments and were seen right away! Peter did my pedicure and it was amazing! Definitely coming back here and I loved how they gave us drinks while we were getting our nails done. Great customer service.
