All of my nails started doing this less than a week having them. Never had it happen before. Had to go somewhere else to get them fixed, sadly they didn’t do much better. So far zero luck getting good nails in Mountain Home.

I've been to several nail shops in this town since I moved here. And this is the best one yet! My daughter has special needs and Kim was so gracious to do everything she could to make her feel comfortable and safe. We have been going to the shop ever since for my daughter's Nails who by the way is extremely happy with the outcome every single time. The facility is clean and always received with a smile. Do the lady that wrote the bad review about the rack, as long as Jimmy and Kim do Great Nails, the business he conducts outside of nail making is his business and has nothing to do with how they do nails. They are great family oriented folks, there are kind understanding and always ready to do whatever they can to get you in whenever they possibly can and as soon as they can. I highly recommend this nail shop!

Next time you go into VIP Nails ask for Jimmy. He offered to buy a fifty dollar clothing rack from me that was brand new in the box. He opened the box and banged things around and offered me $30. I’m sure that carries over into his business practices. I’m sure he’d be willing to give you $20 off since that’s what he offered me.

While it’s a very clean place, my friend and I both went and had awful experiences. My nails are chunky and different lengths, also shaped wrong. My friend had a simple French tip ruined and when asked to fix it he cut her finger then continued to file her nails all too short and thin.

This was a horrible experience!we came in as a group of 5 with one worker who just started. Also as customers came in one of my parties of 5 was rushed to get up although he was not completely dry for them to be seated although two more chairs were available, VERY RUDE! Also i asked for square i dont know what shape this classify as, and he deliberately went over every request i asked and did as he wanted
