I am not one to write reviews online, but didn’t want someone else to experience the same thing. Really disappointed in the hair services provided. I booked Vima for my engagement photos after doing some research and knowing they did bridal hair. My makeup was done beautifully and not sure if they double booked or were running late, but my hair was done within 20 minutes while somebody else’s foils were being done. I understand multitasking however the photo I showed was not used at all. It wasn’t pinned to the side like I asked just curled. They did not use heat protectant so my hair that I have been working on for years still smells burnt. After being curled, no oil was used, just a load of hairspray. The curls were left in ringlets and not brushed out to be voluminous like I requested on the photo. I tried to fix it at home but the damage was done and unfortunately I wasn’t happy with my look the day of. Really really disappointed and upset by this experience and hoping the damage to my hair isn’t permanent.

As you can see, did a very poor job on my roots and my hair is multicolored now and I absolutely do not like it at all. I could’ve done a better job myself. One part is yellow blonde, the other part is white blonde and the rest of my hair is another color!! The other think I did was deep conditioning treatment which was a total waste of money. It only lasted 2 washes and I paid +$60 for nothing! I would never ever go back to this salon. They even ruined my mom’s hair as well. She had multicolored hair like mine even worse! Can you believe I paid $250 for this?!?! Omg such a waste of money!

Love this salon, I’ve been a customer for over 10 years. The stylists keep up with new trends and are educated on working with different hair types. Maria has always made me feel like family, you can book with any of the stylists and get quality hair care. I always recommend VIMA to friends and they’re never disappointed.

Massimo did a perfect bob style cut on my hair. They are so passionate about their work and spent time showing me how to style it myself. The whole staff was welcoming, friendly and professional. I can't wait to go back.
