I had an amazing experience with Karen at Village Salon and Spa in Lewes, DE! Village Salon and Spa in Rehoboth is fabulous. Layla is my hair stylist. She is pleasant, professional and talented. She listens carefully and helps me make decisions that are best for my hair. Layla is friendly, kind and always on time for appointments. I am forever grateful that a neighbor recommended Layla to me.

Diana works at the front desk. What a gem! She joyfully greets you when I arrive and makes sure Layla knows that I am ready for my appointment. Diana also efficiently and kindly sets up future appointments, explains and closes out the financial part of the appointment and assists you with any other needs at the salon/spa. Her smile and warm personality are perfect for arrivals at Village Spa and Salon and as clients leave from their appointment.

I highly recommend Village Salon and Spa. Layla and Diana are true assets to this salon/spa.

I stopped by your Salon's front desk for the second time and this time, I felt great speaking to someone that understand or had a little knowledge of my hair texture. I felt comfortable with Dianna. She actually stepped from behind her desk to look at my hair.

ONE STAR IS TOO MANY!!!. This place deserves negative stars. Totally incompetent stylist. Went in for half inch trim and so much was taken off one side i had to have almost 3 inches cut off for it to be even all around. So went in for half inch and 3 inches cut off!!!!!!! The incompetent nonchalant stylist said her hand must have moved. Really!!!!!! How can this so called spa and salon stay in business. I only went there in the past for their super talented skincare aesthetician. Kathie left so i should have taken that as a sign of the current environment. No manager on premises. So nonchalant about it. Their “I’m sorry” was no consolation for a ugly uneven haircut shorter than I have worn in many many years and so unattractive. Don’t trust your hair with this incompetent group. Their “I’m sorry “ was ridiculous. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!

As an update, after two days the manager of the salon called me to rectify the situation. Left a message that she couldn't "put hair back on my head" but would like to rectify. So flippant. The manager rattled on about the inexperience of the stylist who cut my hair. REALLY....why was she seeing clients wihtout supervision. Had I known she was inexperienced and incompetent, I would never have visited this so called salon. My regular salon in Main Line Pennsylvania would never let something like this happen. If you do go here, please check their credentials before they ruin your hair!!!!!

I went to the Village Salon for the first time for a facial. The staff was very friendly especially Dianna at the front desk. Daniela gave me a wonderful facial. I will definitely be back!
