I am very satisfied with the level of service they provide at this nail salon! The person that did my nails did an awesome job and not only that, he had the patience of an angel. He took the time to apply the colors I wanted on a tip to see if I liked it or not before applying it to my actual nail

I’ve been here before usually good , last 3 visits have been horrible and somehow I still tip them … they don’t listen to what you want and the last 3 times have seem like a rush job . This time my results were chunky nails. They just lost me as a customer.

I visited Vic’s back around Christmas and had a great experience so I went again this past weekend. I got dip powder, the color I asked for was not even remotely close to what I had asked for. I was in a rush and I still liked the color so I just left it be. Jenny came over and asked if I liked the color, I was honest and let her know it was not at all what I asked for but I don’t have time to redo them. Jenny had the idea of painting gel over the dip to try and get the color closer to what I wanted. We couldn’t get it exact, but it was still a cute color so I paid and left. I get home and they look HORRIBLE. They are completely streaked, you can see the original dip color underneath. You can see the original color on the cuticles and from the side. I called to make an appt to get them fixed and explained the situation. I get there and let them know I had an appointment, they said I had to wait which I was kind of confused by so I questioned it and asked why did I make my appointment and a worker very rudely said “I don’t know” and rolled her eyes at me. I let it slide because I want them fixed. She then realized I was the person who called about the color issue. She said gel painted over dip cannot be fixed. So I emphasized once again time that I want them completely redone because they are unacceptable. The woman said I would have to wait for the tech who originally did them, so I left out of frustration. I am seriously disappointed with how this situation was handled. I liked this salon and recommended it to others, but now I guess I am stuck with ugly nails until I go somewhere else.
