Once you walk in its empty. I should of known from the start it would be a bad experience. I walked in looking to get my old nails taken off and a new set put on. Lynn seemed bothered and suggested just a refill. Since I had permanent French and wanted something more vibrant for the summer I suggested I would really like them off. She finally agreed and then added I should do my feet. I said ok why not. Once I was sat on the chair the girls asks what color would I like from pallet. I chose two colors. One aqua with glitter and one without. Lynn got upset with me and told me that's too much. I was asking for too much. Finally says OK after ranting on a bit without me even saying a word. Then gets upset to find out I have gel on my French toes. Sends over another employee to take the gel off and that employee tells me if I really want glitter on my big toe nail she will have to charge me extra because the nail polish they have is dried out and it will take her time to water it down. I told her no thanks I don't need the glitter put them all the same aqua color and I will do my nails somewhere else. Really bad experience to feel like you're asking a lot from someone when thats literally their job. I will never go here again.

Went to drop my kids off for hair cut and was going to have my nails done but a rude lady came out and told me I couldn't park and made a big stink then procedded to stare me down till I left. She then came out stared me down as she moved her car to the spot I was in .. don't go to this place they aren't even 1 star they are terrible and by the looks of the reviews they suck at there job.

I went there last year and it was the worst pedicure I have ever had . I needed one to have done on Sunday so I had to come back there, there is not many nail salons open on Sunday so I decided to give it one more chance. I actually made sure to correct all the mistakes ( 4 but didn’t see my small toes had flaws.) tipped well because I felt bad for correcting but on the next day I already have chipped nail and a mark. Never again

Friendly does not equal good work. Went for a refill, my first time there and will be my last. Went in for a gel refill. The nail tech didn't clean my cuticles, supplies to do nails seems very scarce. A few days after nails were done they starting lifting and breaking on the sides of the nails. So frustrating doesn't anyone do good work anymore or is it more about quantity vs quality!!! No wonder the place seems like it's always empty being located on a busy road I would think they would be more busy. Not returning and not planning on returning and anyone thinking of going here if you pay by credit or debit card there is a $2.00 fee so prepare to pay in cash to avoid paying more.

I should have known this wouldn’t turn out good the minute I saw their dip powder selection was minimal and the preview pallets were not even top coated. My nails look like a cross between normal nails and bubble nails. I couldn’t keep correcting the lady so I paid and left. Now I’m getting the whole set removed and redone by someone else. I went there because of the 4.0 star rating. I’m not sure how that was achieved.

Went there a week ago and my acrylic is already lifted. She didn't fill my nails to the top leaving too much space between the fill and cuticles. Hence why they're lifting. My pedicure was the fastest I ever had. Didn't cut and clean around my toenails. Just over all poor service!

The price was great. I paid for a full set and 2 fills under $100. But I had one lady lay my acrylic on one had and the other lady laid it on my other hand. My acrylic is lifting at the cuticle because it was laid too thick. One hand looks big and bulky. They didnt have the color I wanted (primer grey) and gave me some mauve color.
My niece broke one of her nails the next day. Her polish was streaky and shakey.
My daughters nails started separating from her acrylic as well.
Something are too good to be true. You get what you pay for. I'm sure these ladies are great at basic manic pedis. But not so much for acrylics.
