Katie did a great job on my hair. She listened and she cared and she has mad hairdresser skills! The people who work in the salon are all very friendly and helpful. My only suggestion: let people easily add tips for their stylists when they are paying for salon services. They have a separate machine for adding tips and it charges a service fee. I've not experienced that in any other salon (including Aveda salons). I would imagine it would dissuade people from tipping, and that's not fair to the hair stylists or the customers who want to express their gratitude.

Disappointing!! Paid $157.00 for hair color and it was bad. I have dark brown hair and I asked for blonde and caramel highlights using foils, and we agreed that the result should NOT be red or orange. I explained that my hair tends to go red so she needed to be extra diligent. What color did I get? Orange highlights. Amateur hour!!!!!!!! Horribly disappointing waste of money. I don’t recommend this place.

Today was my first time at Verve Salon and I had a great experience, thanks to Yeny.
Yeny really listened to my concerns and quirks I had with my hair (of which there were many) and made some very thoughtful suggestions. She put me at ease and was super easy to talk to. I had high and low lights done, a hair mask treatment and a cut and blow dry and I couldn’t be happier with the job that she did. I honestly look like I have a new head of hair! I will definitely be returning.Thank you so much Yeny!!

This was my first appointment at Verve. My stylist was Yeni who was recommended very highly by my neighbor. I have lived in the Oro Valley for 6 years and could not find a stylist that met my expectations. Yeni is EXCEPTIONAL!! She listened and assured me she would meet my requirements. She's confident, skilled and communicates effectively. I scheduled my next appointment with Yeni and eagerly look forward to having her as my ongoing stylist.

Verve Salon is fantastic. Every appointment I am made to feel not only welcome but valued, not only by my stylist but by every technician in the salon and the amazing women at the front desk. Coree is a genius with hair color, always exceeding my expectations. And I have given her some distinct challenges to achieve the look I wanted. Ana is fantastic with waxing brows as well. A visit to Verve leaves me feeling refreshed, renewed, vibrant, and radiant. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Very nice, clean, and they do a great job! They treat you very special; however, a cut and foil plus tip will cost you at least $300.

I am SO thankful I found this salon!! The moment you walk in you’re instantly greeted by the nicest staff. They gave me a quick tour of their front room that has all their salon products and I met with my stylist Katie very promptly. She was not only incredibly nice but did WONDERS to my hair! I came in with super staticky hair and she somehow fixed it! It looks great! She also recommended products and gave honest opinions on the products she thought worked well for my hair and ones that didn’t.

It took me 13 years of living in Tucson, and trying many places, with all ranges of prices possible, to finally find my hair saloon place to go at Verve. I do Balayage and root color with Kayla, Caligraphy cut with Ken, and recently hair extensions with Katie. I would trust all three of them to do any of the services in my hair, no one else. Kayla does amazing balayage and root color and she is a great listener for clients' requests. She fixed a previous stylist mistake and I became a loyal customer. I always leave with 100% of my roots covered, it's basically magic! Katie is my red and copper colors guru, and Ken is a genius with that blade. Christina, the salon manager, is also incredible and very customer oriented. I live on the opposite side of the town and make my way to Verve religiously every 6 weeks! Absolutely Love It!
