I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! The customer service here is outstanding.Cheryl Is the best! Very friendly, welcoming, and professional. The environment is very calm and quiet. Definitely going back. They provide everything for you, just show up to you appointment. We had the aroma therapy eucalyptus. Steam room was perfect, followed by a nice shower and then a calm resting period before going back outside in the cold.

My husband sent me to Veola's for a massage, mani and pedi.

The massage therapist was excellent! And professional, which is important to me, because I had never had a male masseuse before. It was the best massage I've ever received, and I'm no newbie to massage therapy. Lynn is a real pro.

Jasmine, the owner, is a true gem. She was kind and easy to talk to. She felt like a close friend.

I enjoyed and was happy with all my services. I definitely plan to return. ❤️

The staff is very professional and friendly. Cheryl is right there to greet you with a smile on her face when you walk in the door. Ms. Veola takes great care when she does your facial and will have your skin looking revived. Lynn is THE BEST when it comes to giving a massage and is very attentive.

Jasmine was very pleasant and helpful as I inquired and subsequently purchased a gift certificate as a Birthday gift. This place has a welcoming obienance and always presence noticeably neat and clean. I will be returning to enjoy some of the services. This was my third visit.

I loooovvveeee this place and I’m definitely coming back. All of the staff were kind, professional and accommodating. I enjoyed every bit of my experience (massage,
facial, and smoothies). There’s a very welcoming and calming atmosphere there and I felt amazing in every way after I left.

Vibe (0) - It's a calming environment but the seating area is dated.

Accessibility (0) - It was semi-accessible. No automatic doors. Could fit a wheel chair. Which door to enter was a little confusing

Decor (0) - Simple, clean, and dated look. A lot of products on the shelves.

Cleanliness (1) - It was very clean.

Staff Friendliness (1) - Both the receptionist and massage therapist were kind and welcoming.

Services (4) - I cheated on this rating, because my massage was off the chain. The massage therapist was professional and highly skilled, a 20 year veteran. I don't want to share my massage therapist name because there would be a line out of the door. Best massage I had in my life and to some extent I want this therapist to be my little secret. I also enjoyed the mustard bath and a steam.

Professionalism (1) The massage therapist was very professional. I felt comfortable the whole time.

Value (1) I received the Deep Tissue Massage for $95 and the Mustard Bath for sore muscles for $75. Both services took 60 minutes each maybe a little longer. I never felt rushed or as if I was on a timer. The staff went above and beyond. The massage felt so great I tipped $50. My sister enjoyed the 60 minute Swedish Massage for $75.00. She enjoyed her massage so much that now we are fighting over the massage therapist.

Return (1) Yes, I already scheduled my next massage three weeks from now.

Impress Guests (1) Yes. I will treat all those I love to a massage. I've already treated my sister and I made appointments for my mother and two of my friends.

I have never been to this place with the old owner but Tia and her staff is amazing! Great, service, customer experience is everything and it's hard to find both at one place! They cater to their customets, have snacks, water and you can even get a glass of wine sometimes😉

I love coming here. It'd be my "SPA FAMILY" away from home. My husband & I have services at least once a month. Massage, steam room, tub soak, nails just to mention a few. Miss Veola has a wealth of knowledge to share while maintaining healthy outcomes. Check them out!
