The massage is always fantastic. Racheal is absolutely amazing! Always nails the haircut I want and if I give her free reign does incredible work. She can work around my hair which I’ve heard from every barber is thick and hard to work with.

This was my first visit and first impression of Veda Hair Salon and Spa. The interior is spacious, clean and the back hair washing room was relaxing with spa-like background music which was a nice touch. All the staff that I came in contact with were friendly, professional and welcoming.

Now the best part of my experience was meeting hairstylist Alyssa, she is a GEM! My hair needed some work (from a previous haircut at another salon). She listened to the style I wanted to achieve, the concerns I had with the previous haircut and the results were fantastic! Alyssa makes her job look easy (which I'm sure isn't) and based on my results she is stellar level. Thank you to Alyssa for making me love my hair again, I will see you at my next appointment! 🙂

I am still in complete disbelief that this happened in an Aveda concept salon.
I booked with a tier 3 stylist for a balayage or hand painted highlights and the salon lost power while they were processing my hair in the bowl end up leaving with a super dark color, wet hair and no apology.
Called a few days later and explained the situation and they decided to booked me with their “blonde specialist” I dragged the date because I was concerned for the integrity of my hair since the first service provided let my hair feeling dry, dull and over processed.
The date finally came and sat in hairstylist #2 chair. She seemed knowledgeable and understanding. She recommended a money piece and to come back at a later day since my hair looked compromised.
Then when time came to stop at the checkout line and I was planing to do a tip of course but the salon management had other plans they wanted me to pay the differences between stylist experience and category which they never disclosed to me in addition to not fulfilling the same service that was provided the first time. The front desk lady got the manager and this person was not only unprofessional but lack the proper emotional intelligence and costumer service of a leader. She wouldn’t even acknowledge that I was in the room or even make eye contact. I have never felt more uncomfortable and discriminated in a place before.

Now not only my hair is damaged from what it’s considered a highly rated “ hair professional” but also a patchy work, with super light bangs and overall dark.

For transparency I always communicated that I wanted to book with someone that had the capacity and understanding of a dark base.

I started going to Veda after losing 60% of my shoulder length hair from an illness and after trying a couple stylists I found Maci who gave me a gorgeous pixie cut and got me my groove all the way back! I could literally let her wash my hair for eternity and I LOVE to see her every single time! I give her free reign and she NEVER DISAPPOINTS!
