AMAZING job! I’m visiting my sister for her wedding, and I wish I lived right by this salon. My sister got her bridal nails by Lina (or Leena unsure how to spell sorry!) and I got gel ex for the first time ever by Ella. Asked for double French with little space, and they all literally look copy and paste identical! My sister is so happy with her wedding nails. So amazed with all they did, as well as the space being so big, clean and bright. Great vibes overall!

Avoid at all costs. I had a decent experience the first time, which is why I returned, but the quality has declined significantly. The salon is poorly managed, with long wait times and a limited SNS selection. When my manicure turned out bumpy and all my nails broke within a week—something that has never happened to me in over five years of having long almond nails—management only offered a 20% discount. I was really disappointed. Additionally, the salon consistently fails to stick to appointment times, affecting both me and other customers.

11/10/2024 IN RESPONSE TO BUSINESS OWNER: Thank you for your response. I would like to clarify that I came in person with clear documentation, including pictures and videos showing the damages. These images, which were taken 4 days post-service, clearly show the bubbling, and I also shared photos from 1 week and 12 days after the service, where nails had chipped, cracked, and even broken down to the quick — something that has never happened to my nails before.

While I understand your policy about the 7-day guarantee, I did not anticipate needing to return within that timeframe due to my chaotic work schedule and travel, which is why I took the time to document the damages thoroughly. I was genuinely surprised by the lack of empathy and the argumentative stance taken instead of a solution-focused approach. As a customer-oriented business, I expected more support in addressing the issue rather than being met with accusations.

I truly hope that moving forward, customer concerns will be treated with more care and understanding.

Sarah was on a vacation and I was in dire need of my nails being done. When I arrived a gentleman named Ken did my acrylic overlay full set with a pink/nude acrylic and chrome on top. His work was incredible. He was meticulous and his work was so clean! I left very happy with the final product and would recommend him. It may be odd to mention two nail techs in one review but with only being able to leave one review on Google I wanted to give them both their flowers.

I truly love Vanity Nail Bar—every time I leave, my nails are perfect! Leah and Hannah absolutely crushed my mani and pedi, and Leah did an amazing job with my manicure.

However, I have to share some feedback for improvement. I had a weekend appointment at 4 PM but didn’t start my manicure until 6 PM and didn’t leave until 7:30 PM. The salon was incredibly busy, and it was clear the staff was overwhelmed—my nail tech hadn’t even had time for lunch, which was evident as her hands were shaking while working on my nails. Communication could have been better; I waited in the lobby for 20 mins into my appointment before someone finally told me, “Can you come back at 5?” Even then, my appointment was still delayed.

This place is super understaffed, so I recommend going during an off day or time. Definitely book an appointment, or you might end up waiting a long time.

Vanity Nail Bar has so much potential, and the talent of their nail techs is top-notch. Please consider hiring more staff to ensure everyone has a timely, comfortable experience—I know this place will thrive with just a bit more support for the team!

This Salon is amazing they reunited me with my nail tech I have been looking for since 2020. She was my tech for two years and I moved away and lost contact, but she is back and so am I! Sarah is the absolute best. Go to vanity and ask for her and tell her that Ciara sent you!!

I had my most pleasant experience ever in a nail salon with Vanity Nail Bar. Ella was my artist; she was extremely gentle with my sensitive nails and created a beautiful design for me. Her attention to detail and courteousness when trying to perfect my request was excellent. The facility is super clean and everyone was friendly and thoughtful from start to finish. Thank you!

I've been a customer of Vanity Nail Bar for a few months now and I am very pleased. I was reluctant because I had been with the same nailshop prior to this one for at least 20 years, but when I moved to the other side of town, getting back there became a time and scheduling issue. My Bestie referred me here to try the nail tech she's had for years, Sarah. I'm grateful for the recommendation, Sarah is amazing, very knowledgeable about her skill and craft, her customer service is impeccable. I appreciate the fact that she listens to my requests and offers suggestions but isn't pushy at all. The rest of the staff is also "customer satisfaction" driven, the wine, mimosa, water, soda, and snack options add to the ambiance of this clean and well kept nail salon. The ability to schedule an appointment online is very convenient also. I definitely recommend Vanity Nail Bar!

Just had thee most wonderful experience here. Tiffany did my pedicure and when I let her know I was pressed for time she did not slack on quality. Service and ambience A1. They know what they’re doing here and not just aesthetically because Tiffany was sure to educate me on the acrylic on my big toes. She prioritized nail health as well as appearance. My first time but I will definitely be back.
