I should have done this earlier but I want to give a 5 star review to Dr. Jeanette at the New Plymouth clinic for stitching me up last summer when I cut my shin to the bone and I didn't feel comfortable driving to the hospital emergency room. She did an excellent job and her follow up was amazing! Thank you Jeanette!

Dr.Sweet is a good physician. This clinic is not a great clinic. Everyone has off days and I'm assuming we just got a nurse with an off day. If you have mobility issues don't go here. We requested a wheelchair and there wasn't one available. The bathrooms lighting is very dim and unsafe, staff is aware of it so maybe it will be fixed? We won't be returning to New Plymouth location. Sticking with Payette only because of Dr. Sweet, otherwise I would change providers completely.

We all know that it's difficult for a health care facility to stay on schedule but I think VFH in New Plymouth work hard to keep things flowing without making us patients feel like we're being rushed. I always appreciate how Dr. Esplin takes the time to gather all of the information she needs to provide the diagnosis and treatment needed. This might cause a little delay for the next guy, but an absolute necessity.

Incompetent and unprofessional. Last time I was there they kept me waiting for a full hour in the exam room (even tho I got there 20 minutes early bc I respect the clinics time). In the meantime, the employees were running and laughing up and down the hall having a grand old time. I finally had enough and left. Didn't make a scene, just told the receptionist that I was waiting for an hour to see the doctor and I'm leaving. I called the office in Payette and complained. He apologized (head manager). I highly recommend Primary Health instead. Better hours. Open communication. And they don't keep you waiting. They actually respect your time.

Horrible service!!!!! I looked on google to find hours of operation and made arrangements at work to get there well before closing time. I went home and got my 3 year old daughter who has a fever and proceeded to the clinic that closes at 6 pm, and arrived at about 4:20. The receptionist starts asking the check in questions and after about 2-3 minutes tells me that the provider is leaving for the day. So I now have to travel 30 mins away to a different clinic and arrive almost right when they close. Very sad to me that they would turn away a sick little girl who has a fever. Needless to say I will drive to a further clinic from now on and be sure to share my experience amongst my friends. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

This place is a joke my family took me there all my life growing up and they switch doctors quite often and from the age 14 I had really severe swollen tonsils and for the last 6 years they have always told me my tonsils are fine went to another clinic and was told my tonsils should have been removed years ago I would highly recommend anyone not to go to this place it's a waste of your time
