I recently had the pleasure of visiting True Rest Float Therapy, and my experience was nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment I walked through the doors, I was met with a serene and welcoming environment that immediately put me at ease.
The float therapy itself was an incredible journey into relaxation and rejuvenation. The state-of-the-art float pods provided a perfect sanctuary, allowing me to disconnect from the outside world and immerse myself in complete tranquility. My body and mind felt utterly rejuvenated afterward, and I can confidently say that this experience has become an essential part of my wellness routine.
A special shout-out to Sabrina, whose impeccable service and warm demeanor truly made my visit exceptional. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care for each client’s experience is unparalleled. Sabrina’s dedication to excellence not only reflects in her work but also significantly enhances the overall atmosphere at True Rest Float Therapy.

I recently visited True Rest Float Spa, and it was an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, inviting, and spotless. The staff was warm, professional, and took the time to explain the entire float process, which made me feel comfortable as a first-timer.

The float pod itself was incredible—clean, spacious, and equipped with optional lighting and music, allowing me to tailor the experience to my liking. Once inside, I quickly drifted into a state of total relaxation. The sensation of weightlessness was soothing, and it felt like my stress and tension melted away.

After the float session, the post-relaxation lounge was the perfect touch. Inhaling the peppermint oxygen was a soothing experience.

If you’re looking for a unique way to unwind, recharge, and truly rest, True Rest Float Spa is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be back for another session soon!

I enjoy floating and was really excited about trying this spa. It was a bit disappointing, not terrible, but not as good of an experience that I've experienced at other float spas. The staff was very friendly, which was great. They were out of ear plugs which is a standard supply for a float session. For me, earplugs help a lot with the sensory deprivation, and in turn relaxation. I also misunderstood and thought the music would be faded down after a few minutes (based on my other float experiencs), but I had to get the attendant to remind me how to turn it off myself. Again, may not have bothered me with the earplugs inserted.
Once I got the music off, I couldn't relax again and even got out of the pod a bit early because I was frustrated that I had these challenges. Maybe I visited on an off day. They had great reviews which is why I selected this spa.

At first I was kind of skeptical about this spa, but I'm so happy I tried it. One of the mangers (Sebrina) was very friendly, helpful and explained everything down a "T". She did a tour with my husband and myself to show us the facility. She explained in great detail on what our first session would be like and answered all of our questions. It was everything she described and more! We will definitely be back.

Welcoming atmosphere, great customer service. It is an oasis in the very midst of the hustle and bustle of McDonough. I left the place relaxed and in good mood. Worth visiting!

Let me just say, our experience was phenomenal!!! I had read many reviews and watched just as many videos! So I had a good idea of what to expect. But, our visit was better than I imagined. Jacob was very helpful when I called to schedule using a coupon. He stayed on the phone and confirmed I had the same time slot so we could float at the same time. Ethan was kind and knowledgeable and answered our questions. They had everything we need from earplugs to lotion. We finished with oxygen bar and had some mint tea. I’m committed to self care this year! And this is definitely on my list!!

I was gifted an hour float session, and as it was my first time I did have some reservations. Jacob explained away my questions before I even asked them, and made me feel perfectly comfortable. I had felt a little nervous going in because of the sensory deprivation in water. I realized I have been holding so much tension inside, and nothing I have tried has caused me to release it like letting go and trusting to be held up. Also it feels like the inflammation and pain just melts away from your body. I can only describe it as floating with no gravity, in the air.. but comfortably surrounded. I slept like a rock that night and even though I had to get up and drive through traffic, which normally is stressful, I almost felt like I was gliding in to work.. no fight or flight mode activation.
After the float, the hot tea, oxygen bar, and journaling books provided are the perfect closure to this experience. This is something I will definitely be integrating into my lifestyle!
