I have a very sensitive scalp and have had poor experiences with other hairstylists, but I had an amazing experience with Diamond. She was as gentle as she could be, and she was constantly checking in on me throughout the entire process making sure I was ok. She walked me through the process, and she was ensured me that if anything was too much to let her know so she could ease up. Highly recommend if you are tender-headed, or just looking for an awesome stylist, to ask for Diamond. 😁

I went for a non-chip manicure with Inessa. Everything was fine until I came home and took a good hard look at my nails. Not only do they not have simple proffesional tools like an electric Nail filer, so everything was done by hand which Inessa was not happy about, the work was VERY sloppy. I had thick globs of the Nail polish underneath my nails, you could see streaks, and my nails chipped a couple of nails after getting the manicure. I would recommend everyone to go to a high quality European salon where their polishes are top quality and so is their service but NOT Mario Tricoci

I booked a scalp treatment since I recently moved from warm weather and the cold has been making my skin very dry. Carmen did my treatment and this was probably the most unprofessional service that I have experienced. My service started at 5:15pm and she didn't get me till after 5:30pm. Told me she has another client after me and was rushing the whole time. If she got me on time like she was supposed to the experience would have hopefully been at least 2 stars... Anyways, the service starts and she is so unorganized, running around, and the area of the service was not clean either. I think the most disgusting part was the sink... she took me back to wash my hair and sat me down in a chair that had a sink FILLED with hair!! How are you not going to clean that out before having another customer use that sink? She also told me she couldn't blow dry my hair. I had a massage booked after so I had to lay there with wet hair.. She told me it's an extra service and I didn't book it correctly. I understand that this was my fault with how I booked it but the way she went about it was so rude. Like I was bothering her... I have never seen such filth at a "higher end" salon as this one. Nasty floors, stylist stations very dirty etc. Will never be returning and I would suggest that you read the reviews before booking a service here.

This was my second time at Tricoci hair salon & it was just as pleasant as the first time. Erini cut & styled my hair & she did exactly what I asked, listened to my needs, washed my hair as well- even massaged my scalp. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone friend & family member. Plus they offered a $10 off coupon, which helps ease the cost. It was honestly $50 instead of $60 to cut my hair- almost the same cost as when I went to Haircuttery.
