I had a Cpap machine and was told I wasn’t using it so they came and picked it up. I was using it every night. It was picked up right before it was paid off by my insurance. My wife’s Cpap machine was picked up today and it was paid in full by our insurance company but Tri county told us if we kept it we would have to pay $850 to keep it. They said our insurance company was renting the machine not paying for it. We were told earlier this year by Tri county that her machine was paid in full. These people will rip you off and lie to you. They are not out to help you but to rip you off. Very sorry individuals.

Beware, no return policy even if they sold you defective product. I ordered a $75 replacement part for my mom's CPAP machine in July. One side would not fit on. We took it to a nearby home health medical supply store to see if they could get it on instead of driving all the way to Salem. The lady who deals with CPAP machines at the nearby medical supply store couldn't get it to fit on either. She told my mom that it was defective and threw it away. I called Tri County and told them the situation. I told her the the lady at other supply store would verify that it was defective. The woman from Tri-County said that they don't have a return policy. I replied that I was glad my mom's nurse practioner sent her to the local store instead of Tricounty.

My previous equipment (oxygen) was dirty upon arrival and I sent it away. They also reuse mattresses. Like the one my mother just passed away on. And let me tell you, that was straight out of the owners mouth. And she was not polite or empathetic. I made sure to let her know if I knew that the mattress my mother received had been used it would not have made it past the front door. Disgusting and unsanitary.

I'm from Salem, but live out near DC now. When I got a sleep study done in the DC area, the clinic told me there was a two month wait for BiPAP machines for whatever reason. I looked around online for an alternative source, but couldn't easily tell which websites were legitimate. When I mentioned this to my mom, she recommended I reach out to Tri County.
Charles and the team were extremely helpful and understanding every step of the way. They shipped me a machine starter pack quickly, and I received my sparkling new BiPAP within a few days. Can't recommend them enough!

Amazing service. Always helpful. We had a question and they were going to come out the next day and fix it, and we are in a very remote area. However, we figured it out over the phone. The next day, we called about the bed and they brought out a different mattress the following morning. I used to think all medical equipment suppliers were a necessary evil, but after our experience with Tri-County I have learned it is possible to get great, personal customer service.

This place sucks had to by a hundred dollar mask for a 20 cent piece and didn't even leave the store and they would not refund when we both the wrong thing never will I come here again been a customer for 9 year .no more
