I booked a last minute appointment, they got me in no problem. My stylist was great and very knowledgeable, I asked for a low Business casual bun. She had it done in 10 minutes- even though my hair is shoulder length. She did amazing!!!! And it was a reasonable price!! They have a great atmosphere. I have also gotten my hair cut here before and they did amazing.

My husband and I have been clients here for several years - we moved away briefly and now we have moved back to the area and bring our son here. We love Town Hair Salon! Shelly is the best! We are always happy with our haircuts and the prices are reasonable - especially for kids cuts.

My experiences with her are nothing less than exceptional. She truly listens and takes the time to understand your preferences. Having been a former Customer at town hair salon it was nice to go back after some years. My stylist was phenomenal and I am going to go back to her. Jessica H was super nice. Very talented and kind. She gave me the look I wanted and when she was combing my hair, I didn’t even feel it. She is a definite asset to town hair salon and I’m so happy I was able to have her do my hair today and will continue going to her.
Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience with the woman behind the desk. Carol was rude from the beginning and unpleasant. I had a text. My appointment was at 1:30 PM and she argued with me that it was at 1 PM. When I told her I had the text for the 130 time she said well you’re gonna have to wait. I said that’s fine. Then the shampoo girl did my hair And I was waiting for my stylist. I was having trouble finding the bathroom. They are doing construction, which is fine but the bathroom ends up being door private. Walked by me and I asked her to show me the bathroom and she looks and pointed and said it over here and said oh well you’re looking for the bathroom and your stylus is looking for you. I apologize and she didn’t say anything. When Jessica came to get me to do my hair everything was good. I can’t say enough great things about Jessica. Carol, however, interrupted Jessica while she was doing my hair, which is fine, but Jessica was
working on a tangle. I do need to share that I have rheumatoid arthritis and have trouble brushing my hair. Jessica was very lovely and understanding about it. The tangles I had she took care of with no problem. However, after she talked to Jessica about something looked at her, brushing my hair and looked at my hair and said oh no that doesn’t look good and stood there for another 30 seconds and then walked away. I couldn’t believe it. I don’t understand how someone can be so rude, especially when they’re supposed to be working in the customer service field. should be mindful of what she says in the future. But on all, I’m very happy that I went because I found a wonderful stylist and will continue to go to town hair salon and will recommend it to my family and friends

I’ve seen Denise 3 times now and she’s done a great job every time. I used to be nervous about hair cuts because of past experiences due to my thicker curly hair. Denise made me feel heard and comfortable throughout the process. ❤️ Excited to have someone I can trust!

I strongly advise against visiting this hair salon! They severely damaged my hair! Despite its appealing appearance, the salon employs subpar stylists. The entire experience felt like a cattle herd, moving from station to station without any personal care. It's a classic case of putting "lipstick on a pig."

Here's my experience: I went in for simple highlights to cover root growth, requesting that the roots match the rest of my hair. The stylist applied very few foils, and when I questioned the visible line at my roots, she insisted that she had used enough foils and that I should want it dark. Trusting her judgment, I paid and left. Over the next few days, the dark roots and chunky blonde highlights looked terrible. There was still the very clear line of you growth, but now the added thick highlight chunks.

I called to get it fixed, explaining again that I wanted my roots to match the rest of my hair. The stylist refused and said "she won't bleach out my hair" then proceeded to tell me the only solution is to apply color ONLY around my face and part line. I assumed she would use the same color as before, but she applied a color that turned out brassy instead. I was devastated—it resulted in a copper red against my blonde hair. Despite my distress, she said it was fine and that we could fix it next time, as she didn't want to bleach me out.

Now, I've paid over $200 and have three distinct lines of color in my hair: my original blonde, the dirty blonde growth line, and the new red above the regular growth. When my roots grow in again, I will have four horizontal strips in my hair. I will never step foot in that so called salon ever again.

This is the first time in years that I have been to a salon. My last experience at a different salon was awful.
I read the reviews for this salon and decided to give it a try.
I was extremely impressed with the receptionist, the cleanliness and sanitation of the salon.
My stylist Jessie was fantastic. She listened to what I wanted and gave me a wonderful haircut. I love how my new look.
They never pushed me to buy products or do more to my hair than I wanted.
Town Hair is now going to be forever salon.

Front desk was polite and friendly. My stylist was Jess and she was terrific. She was pleasant and personable and listened to how I wanted my hair cut. She explained where she would have to make slight changes to cut in photo due to fine hair. The cut came out perfect. The price was very reasonable and less than Hair Cuttery. Very pleased. Definitely using Jess for my hair in future
