I walked in last week and made an appointment and called today 10/28 @3:30 to get the correct time for my appointment (4 or 4:30) and I was told I didn't have one and then she was irritated with me and proceeded to tell me that she didn't know how to help me. She says "Do you want to make an appointment or something ~because I don't know how to help you" (for the second time)while acting completely put out that I was calling. I have never been spoken to that way from a salon and will not be taking my business there. No thank you~

My hair type is delicate: very fine strands with thinning due to stress. Today was my first appointment here and for the very first time my stylist, LeAnn, stopped combing my hair when she noticed a snarl and took the time to pull it apart with her fingers; that was a quiet and simple response that says a lot about her character. I am grateful for her time and expertise, and suggest that you call and book with LeAnn if you are looking for the same opportunity!

I visited this salon yesterday for the first time and had Tracy cut my hair. Tracy was very nice, but I don't know where the miscommunication happened. I asked for:
1) 4-5 inches of length to be taken off my long hair
2) that it needed to be long enough to put up into a ponytail
3) a couple inches longer than shoulder length, NOT shoulder length
My hair is currently shoulder length, if not shorter. A true ponytail will be impossible for the next 6 months at least, it's that short. I reckon at least 9-10 inches was taken off. I paid in a daze, thinking it probably wasn't as bad as I thought. To be clear, the cut itself is not bad, I just wasn't expecting it. Oh well, at least it's just hair and will grow back! In the meantime, will have to learn how to rock a short 'do.

I had my hair cut and colored here yesterday by Katie (gosh I hope I have her name right) and she did a fantastic job! Two weeks prior to that I had my eyebrows waxed and again, it was fabulous! This is a great salon, I will be returning in the future for sure!!! Thank you ladies for doing such a great job, you made my week!

They don't ever answer the phone, and when I came in I was charged 50 for a hair cut I was told would be about 35 without tip for both of those btw

Taylor did a wonderful job on my hair, Every little thing was not an addon and I left with my hair cut blowout and styled. When she did my Ombre purple it looked fantastic. I have finally found my hairdresser after moving here a year ago. Taylor is very sweet

I’ve gone to Katie for 3 + years and now drive all the way from Montana to see her. She does amazing color and cuts and she is just plain fun to spend time with! I highly recommend this salon for not only Katie but all who work there, they are an awesome group of ladies! ❤️
