Lauren provided an extremely therapeutic massage focusing on all of the areas we discussed. Her pressure and technique were exactly what I have been looking for in a therapist. She used the heated rocks as an extension of her hands, not in place of, which was amazing. She checked in appropriately on pressure and technique as well as kept the environment and atmosphere relaxing and quiet. She will be go to therapist from now on.

Hands down one of the best massages I have had. Lauren pays attention to your requests and trouble spots and will spent more time working through them. I felt amazing afterwards and could seriously feel the lasting affects of releasing pent up tension well after leaving her table.
