Great massage at a very good price. Not a bunch of overpriced bells and whistles like a lot of other spas. The facility itself was very clean and I like the calming, minimalist decor. Very kind and professional employees here. I am about to book another massage for next month.

Also, to anyone who left a bad review because they're too selfish or too cheap to leave a tip: the service industry runs on tips. If you can't afford to tip, then you probably shouldn't get the massage, because tipping and good service go hand-in-hand. There, I said it.

My boyfriend and I came to Total Health Spa for the first time today. Our experience was absolutely amazing and it will be our new local go to spa from now on. Exceptionally friendly staff! I've had pain in my neck and arm for months, and Nina did an incredible job working the area, and for the first time in months I finally feel better. Prices are very fair and the location is wonderful inside. You can't go wrong with a visit!

Came for a couples massage & both had great experiences. We both did deep tissue & felt really relaxed afterward. Clean rooms & restrooms. Staff is extremely pleasant and would definitely come bavk again.

4.5 I enjoyed my experience. Made a same day appointment and it had hours that worked really well with my schedule. Nina did a fantastic job. Will be coming back.
Reason I did not give 5 was because I was not asked for any areas of which to focus on. But it did not take anything away from the massage. It still felt amaing and really helped me relax.
