I purchased a Groupon for a deep cleansing facial as Groupon has often led me to new places that I become a loyal customer to. I couldn't find any information on their social media for other facial services. I inquired about them when I got to my appointment, and was told the hydra facial is the best but she already prepped for mine so I could not upgrade to that option. Totally fine- I like to give the Groupon business a chance to upsell if they wanted but it wasn't a big deal. The facial wasn't explained beforehand or during so I don't know what products or techniques were used during the service. Would have liked a heads up that a vibrating tool was going on my face or painful extractions were going to start. It wasn't the most relaxing facial, and there was no mood lighting or music- if that matters to you. I was left in the room for ten minutes alone after what I am assuming a treatment was left on for. When I looked in the mirror after my appointment, I had some residue under my eyes- that I cleaned off in the bathroom before leaving. When I got in my car and looked in my rearview mirror- I had a lot of other residue behind my ears and on my neck that wasn't washed off. My skin did feel better after, but it wasn't the best experience. If you're looking for a no frills facial, this may be for you. Editing to add that I got pink eye the next day- don't know if there's a correlation.

Went to Top Touch Brow to get my eyebrows done seeing as there were wonderful reviews of the location. I booked an appointment to get them threaded and tinted. What a mistake that was!

I explained to her only one of my eyebrows was arched and I wanted them to be even again. She was confident in fixing them….

The first photo I have attached was immediately in my car after leaving the salon. How insane I looked! The second and third photos are close ups of the “tint” she did. I told her I wanted very light, not dark & that color was NOT it… I cried my entire way home about how horrible it looked. Not to mention the fact my eyebrows are completely different shapes.

Luckily, I had an oil based makeup removing cleanser at home & was able to scrub off the tint immediately. I paid $53 for all of this folks! I would NOT recommend this place if you are a blonde woman looking for eyebrow services.

Best eyebrow threading service ever. I have been going to her for years now and trust no one else to do my eyebrows. I don't know how she works her magic but she makes my eyebrow look thicker and darker. Super inexpensive and always has great customer service.

I have been getting my eyebrows threaded with Pardeep at Top Touch Brow for over 4 to 5 years and Absolutely love the way my eyebrows come out every single time. The new location is clean and easy to get to. Price is reasonable compared to the current prices. Pardeep is always friendly, available and professional. I will not go anywhere else. I tried one time when she was away, and boy o boy, what a mistake. I had to wait for my eyebrows to grow back. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.

I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for years. I moved to Central FL a few years ago and when I searched the closest and highest reviewed area was in Lakeland. This Haines City location is in an awesome area right off of HWY 27!
The business is currently by appointment but I called and was able to be seen within 30 minutes. She paid attention to detail, was quick, and gentle handed. My eyebrows looked perfect for my wedding day.
Knowing this place is close by, I will definitely be back!
