Acabo de leer un comentario que dice, "ojalá hubiera leído las reseñas antes de poner un pien en ese lugar", lo mismo cruzó por mi mente, es un lugar donde no trabajan limpio, no esterilizan el material con que te realizan el trabajo, el servicio es de pésima calidad, no entienden lo que les dices, pedí un diseño de estrellas y me pusieron puntos, sin contar que el aricrilico me lo pusieron como una torta sin sellar la cuticula bien, y son tan amables que parece que con eso compensarán el pésimo trabajo que realizan, me dio más vergüenza a mi decirles algo, solo deje que terminarán la aplicación pague y me fui con una tremenda decepción de uñas, a pagar para que me las quiten en otro lugar

Absolutely RUDE!!! I got my nails done Sunday morning by Monday night two were broke and one chipped and I got no chip polish. The lady who did my nails was very rude and I went back next day to ask if they could fix them she gave attitude and told me they do not repair! She also asked me to pay before my service was even fully done, and told me that was their policy but the girl next to me didn’t pay until the end of her service. I never give bad reviews but this was TERRIBLE! Poor establishment needs to close down and very over priced. I paid $65 for a fill in no chip. Save yourself and stay away from this place! I’m attaching a picture of who did my nails and who rudely told me they don’t repair

The people was nice when I firsted walked in but started pounding me with additional prices. I kept telling her I only wanted a basic no chip and a basic pedi for my boyfriend. The work was terrible done and their towels smelled like mildew. When it was time to pay , extra charges came out of nowhere. The next day I woke up and saw the polish came off. THE NEXT DAY ! I literally went to sleep at 10pm and woke up at 4am and saw my polish missing. This was not worth $100!

So disappointed,got my Mani & pedi done pedi was Ok but mani was horrible…. I was trying to hard to like them but it’s only been a week & my nails are looking so bad… they didn’t even remove my cuticles or anything I asked for a curved French tip & this is what I got… I still tipped & paid but honestly NEVER AGAIN

The nail tech was so nice and really gave an awesome massage on my feet and calves, so I really hate to leave less than a five star review but there really needs to be more training at this establishment as far as nails go. Due to the language barrier, he accidentally put the wrong polish on my nails. When he understood his mistake, he tried to remove it by drilling it down which hurt and then he buffed it and buffed my skin in the process until it started bleeding. The owner was more concerned with the money and a tip than what happened and didn't offer a refund or discount. I really wanted to recommend this place because I love the foot and calf massages but now I hope I don't have to go to the hospital due to the fact that my toe has been stinging and being juicy ever since. They need to have better training for the nail techs on how to remove polish and how to be careful sanding down and buffering nails. Also my left big toe polish had a lump in it.

New customers beware! I wish I could give this place zero stars! The owner is very rude and not honest about her prices. Toe Heaven, more like Nail Hell! I recommend asking how much before you get any services. Nails will cost $55-100! Full set of gel $55

When the owner gets an attitude with you $10 more. She's the only person that can do a full set of nails. If your looking for designs or mixed colors don't go here! The more basic your nails are the better the cost. She makes up prices as she goes. She even tries to convince you to do it a certain way and when you go to pay your hit with all the additional charges. Bring cash if you don't want to pay the extra credit card fee. They do the same thing with pedicures. Basic pedicure doesn't even come with a clear coat. That's another $10! The reason why they don't post their prices is because they're made up as they go. I'm going to see if there's a way to file a complaint about her business practices because there are way too many similar complaints about her services.

I received a no chip mani/pedi. The pedi was exceptional, done by a male tech. Being a new customer, I was unaware of the prices. Basic pricing packages were withheld and they gave me only the luxury pedicure options (as if the only options). When I found out there were lower pedicure prices, it left a bad taste in my mouth. I felt like it was too late to change the service as I was midway through the service. A female nail tech worked on my hands at the same time my feet were being done. The mani was okay but she almost left remnants of my old manicure on my hand until I mentioned the paint needed to be removed. Manicure came out okay as the male tech demonstrated an example of great service. When I was done, the price mysteriously went up $15 more (bill was $115) as they charge for every little service. I still tipped but not as much as i normally do. I won’t be returning but I wish them well. They need to be more up front and transparent with their prices.
