This Nail Salon is very clean, friendly people, & calming atmosphere. They did a wonderful job with the pedicure & manicure! The manicure and pedicure was amazing. They were patient & kind making sure everything was a wonderful experience! They took their time. I had an organic wax pedicure.! MOST AWESOME! The young man did that and the lady did my nails. The young man painted my nails both did a wonderful job. The price is perfect! I HIGHLY recommend this place! If I could give 10 stars I Definitely would!

Today 10/12/2024…….Once again this place has done such a Wonderful job. Pink with little sparkle. Full treatment on my legs & feet. . Great job T-Nails. I left feeling Wonderful!!

First time at this location. I had a horrible experience years ago that put me in urgent care with an infection that had to be cut open. The woman was extremely kind and was able to ease my mind very quickly. She was attentive to every request I made and my nails turned out beautifully. I didn’t have time, yesterday, for my toes, so I’ll be going back today.

Alex was an incredibly welcoming and talented artist. He was very careful and precise. He did a great job at listening to what I wanted, while also maining the same color as the rest of our bridesmaids party. I am so happy with my nails, he deserves a raise! Made appointments for 3 pedicures @ 11:45. Over an hour later, one pedicure was started. The two of us sitting in the chairs without a technician decided this was not how we wanted to spend our afternoon. Other friend finished hers & we left as soon as possible. Do not recommend.

Did not touch up the end of the nails and also had an extra coat of polish put on.
Hardly any English! Weird program on TV

Firstly, I would like to say that I went to this salon once before, and I was very pleased. It is the reason I was so disappointed the second time. I hate to post a bad review, but feel that good feedback is helpful to both the business, and the customer. I went in while it was raining, and all employees were in pedicure chairs. Their faces clearly showed their dismay at having to get up and help me. I was gruffly told to sign in, and when I headed to a chair, I was redirected not to sit down until I had picked a color. (The last time, they had me sit down, and brought me a book of color choices while I got to relax with my feet in the water.) I was assigned the same tech as the first time, which pleased me greatly, as I had enjoyed her service and friendliness the first time. Not long into my pedicure, another lady walked in, and was given the same sighs of frustration that I had experienced upon entering. She almost walked back out again, but eventually decided to stay. She wanted the same technician as I had, and said that she would wait until mine was done. From that point on, my experience just went downhill. The man I assume is the boss began to rush my technician, and finally told her to move over to the other lady, and he finished mine himself. It was a terrible job, both the cuticle removal, and the paint, and since I know her work can be exemplary, I wholly attribute the poor quality to her being rushed by her boss. I know that to many women, one bad pedicure wouldn’t be that big of a deal, but I do not do these very often, and it was a special treat from my husband. While I always do my own fingernails, I have a joint issue that makes it difficult for me to paint my own toenails, so I couldn’t even fix it when I got home. All of this being said, I expect that, usually, this place is very good. It just wasn’t for me that day.

My nail experience was awesome! I love the way they turned out! They didn’t rush! The atmosphere is great! I will get my nails done here from now on. The only thing I didn’t like was my eyebrow waxing experience. I still had a lot of stragglers after the waxing and plucking. & I know they use oil to remove the wax but they never put anything cooling on it like aloe or anything. I was pretty painful and a bit expensive for them to not really do a thorough job. Overall o give them 5 stars because I really liked my nail experience.

Great experience here, calm and quite, peaceful and relaxing. Young man did an amazing job on my nails! I love how good they look! Thank you for getting me in so quickly!
