Started out with the owner’s husband that was super nice and then he had a client come in so they switched me over to the owner herself. She rushed my entire service and got up multiple times to accommodate other customers. My Nails are all different thickness. Then I paid half with cash and half card and When I asked if I can use a card, she Did not respond so I asked again and she just seemed blatantly annoyed with me.

Trash!!!!! Place is nice and look like they will give you 5 star service instead your nails will look like if a 4 year old did your nails 🤣 don't waste your money please! Go to dejia nails!!!!

Horrible service, I'm very upset with my no chip manicure previously to coming here I had gel fake nails. Which they guy that did my nails saw , he did his thing and left most of the fake nail under. I even told him you missed a spot and he said i was fine. He finished the last coat and asked me if I liked it and my response was no! he told me it looked good that you could not tell theirs lumps under!

They always accommodate and not long of a wait time, if any. Leechi is the best. She is cute and takes her time on your pedicure. She takes pride in her work and I truly enjoy coming to her. We don’t hold conversation which is fine but she knows who I am and I won’t go to anyone else for a pedi here. They have reasonable pricing. I would recommend.

My friends swear by this spa, so I made a pedicure appointment with holly (my friends told me everyone else rushes). I called ahead and made sure holly was available at 4:15, they said yes. When I got there I sat in the lobby for fifteen minutes and then another 25 minutes with my feet in water. I was just about to get up and leave when holly came over and said “she’s going to work on you”. Needless to say I was late to my party (I was finally serviced at 4:55). I don’t think I’ll be returning. It would have been fine if I wasn’t on a time crunch, and if the 4:15 call ahead would have been honored.

I booked a fill in appointment with the owner herself, Kristine, and the entire time she seemed annoyed the entire time. My service was trash due to her stopping in between several times , the whole time she was doing my nails she was servicing others instead of making sure I was satisfied with my service. In which I was not. My nails were shaped all different sizes when they wet all supposed to be square shaped, she did not buff my nails down so some nails are fat some are smooth, she did not clean up around my nails after she was done, did not use the oil like they usually do, I had to remind her for all of these things and she never once apologized she rushed my entire service with her because apparently she had other appointments that were more important than mine. I called the next day telling her I was unhappy I asked if I can come in she told me 2 days later I could but at that time I no longer want to go back. I will never return back there.

This is usually my go to place but it’s ridiculous that only one person knows how to do waxing. We walked in and the place had one customer! There were 4 employees sitting and playing on their phones. We needed our eyebrows done the man told us to wait.. after waiting 10 mins we walked out and came to the mall.

Also they changed their prices just a heads up before you go!
