I was a part of Timeless Elements' VIP program for a couple of years. I received lip filler twice over that time - the first time was fine, and the second time I wanted a little more definition. We discussed options and I felt the nurse and I were on the same page. Afterwards the result was extremely different that what was desired or planned, I had a distorted smile and pucker. I called 2 days later and they advised me to wait until swelling went down. I called the next week and they had me come in, agreed that this was not the result we were wanting, and offered to do more filler or dissolver. I did not want bigger, so went with dissolver. They advised to take it slow with dissolver and do it spread out over time. I took their advise. My pucker and smile was still distorted so I called for another appointment. My original nurse was no longer there so I met with the owner or head lady. She again only wanted to do a little at a time. I tried to ask to do everything and just start over because I was really hating the way my mouth moved when I talked and that I could not make a normal pucker. She urged me to do just a little at a time, she is the expert so I went with that. I was then charged for the appointment and the dissolver. When I argued this, they settled with just charging me for the appointment ($99). I asked what will happen if I need to come back and was told we'll work it out... well I did need to come back and they wanted to charge me for the service and injections again. I had to re-explain the whole situation and wait around for the receptionist to talk with the owner and come back to say the apt fee of $99 was the best they could do. The owner/nurse I saw for the visit did not come back to speak with me face to face. The only reason I had to keep coming back was because she didn't want to do it all at once, so it did not make sense for them to charge me.
Here are some pictures after 3 visits with disolver each time, and being charged $198. Also, the head nurse did not even numb me beforehand, so the length of time I was there was much less than a whole lip injectables apt. After the last appointment I asked to cancel my VIP membership. They did not follow up with me on how the results were after this 3rd apt.

I am a VIP member with Timeless Elements. I have nothing but great things to say about this establishment. Their hospitality, kindness and knowledge about their treatments are amazing. I had my first appointment with Delaney yesterday and she was EXTRAORDINARY! I was scheduled for a dysport and filler appointment. Being new to filler I had many questions and leaned on her knowledge for most of the appointment. She was so kind, patient, and gentle with the injections. I have never loved my face more and will continue to book with Delaney and timeless elements!!!! 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

I have been a loyal customer of Timeless Elements for over 15 years, consistently receiving excellent service. However, my recent experience in May was deeply disappointing. I received several units of Botox, including some on my jawline. Unfortunately, within 7-10 days, the left side of my jaw and lip became noticeably crooked.

Two weeks after the initial treatment, I returned to Timeless Elements and was seen by Delaney, the Botox injector. Delaney took pictures and initially suggested treating my right side to match my left. After I requested a second opinion, she consulted with Melissa or another senior member and ultimately decided to inject more Botox into the left side, assuring me it would correct the issue. Unfortunately, there has been zero improvement.

Before this meeting, I spoke with the office manager, Kathy, who wanted me to send pictures. I sent the picture as requested, and then they wanted to see me face-to-face. I had to make time and drive to Timelesss Elements again!

When I met with the owner, Melissa, and Kathy, the office manager, for an initial face-to-face meeting, Melissa assessed my face and confirmed the issue. I requested a full refund due to the pain and suffering I experienced, especially as I had to attend a wedding & several graduation parties where I was self-conscious and had to bite on my left lip to smile for photos. Melissa initially claimed the problem would resolve in two weeks, despite it having been over 35 days since the procedure. Her response felt dismissive, and she often over-talked me, using overly technical language instead of straightforward communication.

Additionally, I must express my dissatisfaction with the customer service provided by the office manager, Kathy. Her handling of my concerns was far below the standard I have come to expect from this establishment. Throughout our conversation, Kathy interrupted several times, displaying unprofessional behavior that further added to my frustration.

When I mentioned my intention to write a review, Melissa accused me of intending to slander their business, which was not my goal; I simply wanted to share my honest experience. When she walked away to get a check, she brought up the review again upon her return, making me feel she was more concerned about the potential for a negative review than addressing the issue with my face.

In the end, they only offered a partial refund for the treatment on the lower part of my jaw. I also had a $99 credit due to a previous appointment cancellation because of a family emergency. They had charged my card without informing me, and it was only when I noticed it on my credit card statement that I was made aware of it. Although they eventually refunded this amount, the overall handling of the situation left much to be desired.

Given everything I have gone through, including the discomfort and the unprofessional conduct I encountered, I believe I still deserved a full refund. Despite my long-term loyalty, I have decided to part ways with Timeless Elements. I requested an immediate check to finalize our association, as I will not be returning.

I was hopeful this place could help me. I have broken blood vessels on my face and a couple sun spots. The woman I met with said three different laser would be used for different areas of treatment. She gave me a price and I returned a few weeks later for my first treatment. We decided working on the redness first. I was numbed up and the procedure was done. The woman doing my procedure seemed alouf and unorganized leaving the room twice to get something that should have been in the room already. The procedure was done and I was sent home with some creams. Upon check out the price was moderately more than I was quoted. I was also told small area touch ups would be free.

My second app was for a resurface, again I was numbed up and the procedure was completed. I was sent home with a skin care package for treating the area that was done. Upon getting home I noticed a cream was missing from the package so I had to drive back and pick it up.

My third appointment was treating the redness again. I was told free touch ups prior appointment . Procedure went well and I was sent on my way. Got charged full price no free touch ups!!! I waited a few months before righting this review to give my skin plenty of time to heal.

I am so very unhappy I went through these three treatments and have absolutely zero results in fact I now have more red dots on my face that
were not there before hand. Yes I have used 50spf every day applying a couple times a day and wearing a hat. I have deeper lines and some hyperpigmentation. I am quite unpleased with spending all that money and to be told it would work with no results!

I would not recommend this place do research and find a better spa for any laser treatments.

Their facials are fantastic and the staff is always friendly and makes you feel comfortable. They are also great with consultations. My son had stitches on his face due to a ski accident and Melissa has helped us come up with a plan to treat the scar with both products and laser treatments.
