Love this place so much Nicole is amazing. Christine is amazing. Give them a try. Everyone needs to feel relaxed and stress free even for just an hour and a half. Can’t recommend the sauna treatment enough with the scalp massage . Christine does walk ins and is booking daily now. Book with her now to give her the clientele needed since she comes from Crestview every day. Can not say enough about these two ladies. Give them a chance to see why this place is a must do in this stressed out world.

I've been a licensed massage therapist for over 15 years and have had massages at chiropractic offices, small businesses, Massage chains, and Five Star spas around the country, and NOT ONE has reached Nicole's level of talent and technique. I've never had better massages than the ones I've received in her care. She has unbelievable intuition and the perfect touch. Her hands are a gift in themselves - warm and strong, but gentle in her deep tissue approach. She is my all time favorite therapist.

Nicole was so amazing! She worked us in while we were down on vacation. Good communication, easy to find, very personable, clean inviting office. And most of all her technique was just what we needed! She was flexible with the time length of the massage which was great since I wasn’t sure my mom with fibermyalgia could handle a full hr but I knew 1/2 wasn’t enough ?. For me she was effective at working out my work induced knots without putting me through pain like some I’ve been to! Such a great experience, I wish I had her at home!
