Highly recommended for anyone in physical pain that is able to. I have a very physically demanding job as a tree climber and typically not much time to rest & recover. I went in experiencing sciatic nerve pain for 2 weeks, I came out of the cryotherapy chamber and the following days have zero pain!

My husband and I wanted to do something a little different to celebrate our anniversary so we went to KUR for whole body cryotherapy. We were warmly greeted by Allyson (owner) who instantly made us feel comfortable and at home. She gave us so many knowledge nuggets on the health benefits of cyrotherapy and thoroughly explained what to expect during our session. It was such a fun and unique experience for my husband and I. We have felt great all day and my bloat instantly went down post treatment. We will hands down be back for future sessions!

Allyson is a very special & Dedicated being and so knows her Science and how her equipment supports shifts toward more balance. I so suggest you try it out! Only three minutes in the deep freeze! I even braved some crazy 95 North traffic to get back home to have a three minute session this eve! What takes about 18 minutes to get home took about an hour. Still happy. 🙂 I’ve even graduated to putting myself in the cryo tank!

Allyson was super friendly and informative about the entire cryotherapy experience, including all of the benefits. She keeps talking to you the entire time to keep your mind of the fact that you are literally freezing yourself. It’s a great time and I use it to help me transition back to a normal sleep pattern as I rotate off of night shift.

KUR Cryotherapy is the absolute best. My daughter has done competition dance for 14 years and it wears her down. Allyson knows just what to do for her to keep her in top form. My husband recently started going as well for all of his aches and pains from firefighting. KUR is worth the drive from anywhere!!!

Absolutely love KUR!! Complete relaxation, I’m not an athlete but I work out a bunch, I use the infrared sauna the most at KUR it’s like a cocoon of warmth. The normatec for hips and legs is also incredible. The team is so nice. Definitely recommend for all recovery and you time needs!
