Tuve la mala experiencia de ir a sacarme la ceja,una la dejaron más gruesa de la otra y lo primero que pedí, porfavor, No redonda y es lo primero que hace, ni siquiera corto algo de la ceja, lo peor es que espere dos semanas para que quede perfecto

Review revised, the first 2 times were great, the 3rd time was a horrible visit; thus, I had to remove 3 stars, now I rate them only 2 (two) stars.

I do not like the finish product, it's not flawless and professional like the first two times I went. Check out the images, very sloppy work!

I got my nails done in PA the other day and didn't like the plain style — so I came back to Zen Nails to get one of their amazing designs — they charged me $65 for the design and the color change was an additional $28— I feel so used, almost $100 just for a color change and it’s sloppy work. I got a refill a few days ago, I just wanted to change the color/style; now I wish I kept my previous design, it was plain but neat/clean. I wasted so much money on nails this week!?

**no lotion, hot towel etc. on my hands after the service, so please disregard the ashy hands—a horrible nail salon day.

The nail tech messed up my nails, the manager fixed one of the designs for free, it was too sloppy, but I wasted so much time because I had to go back inside Zen for a repair/fix.

The saloon is amazing, clean, and looks fantastic, but every nail tech isn't good so beware before you spend $130+ on a full set and nail designs.

Update; 12/13/24 — people ask me if a student did my nail designs because it’s so sloppy, and because I spent almost $200 on nails this week, I WON’T pay another nail salon to fix the nails again (at this point I'm just throwing away money).

I heard of this location from my mother in law and so i decided to check it out for myself. They did NOT disappoint. I was welcomed by polite and courteous organized staff and was offered a complimentary cocktail prior to sitting with my tech. Rita did my poly gel full set and she took her time she did not rush through and made sure my experience was 10/10. Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication as it doesn’t go unnoticed. I know first hand what working with the general public is like and it is not for the weak. I will absolutely be back.

I had another amazing experience at the Zen Nail and I’m giving them 5 stars! The service is always quick and efficient, and the staff is super helpful and friendly. I love the huge variety of nail polish colors and chrome powders they offer – there’s something for everyone! This time, I had Jenny as my nail tech, and she was fantastic. Her attention to detail is incredible, and she made sure everything was perfect. I also really appreciate the complimentary beverage, which always makes the experience feel extra special. Highly recommend this place!
