We finally decided to replace our old dead wood hot tub with a beautiful Aptos tub from the Waterworks. Our salesman was Nate who gaving all the information plus other interesting tidbits we needed, link for zero percent financing, electrician for wiring the tub, etc. Kali, the owner gave us our care class with lots of information for caring for our tub. Tim came out to our house to see what they needed to do to get our tub setup, but plans don't always go the way it's supposed to. The installation team were wonderful and came up with another plan and make everything happen. The water truck came and our beautiful tub was filled, another suggestion from the Waterworks!

Kali, Linda, Katherine, and the entire team at Waterworks go above and beyond to be sure every detail of your experience is looked after. We bought a sauna kit and cold water plunge and not only is their quality is top notch, but their attention to detail and the customer service we received is unparalleled. We spoke with and coordinated with several people along the way, and everyone we spoke with was capable of helping and answering, or returning phone calls quickly with the answer for us.
We aren’t the most experienced DIYers, but we were able to assemble the kit at home, with some guidance from the Waterworks team (they were more than happy to contact the supplier and give all and any help they could to help support us!) I am pleasantly surprised that it was much easier than I thought it would be to out together. We now have a successfully assembled and beautiful sauna, and we use it every night.
I would buy from them again and again after our experience- I am sending all my friends to them. Good customer service is hard to come by these days, The Waterworks has an unmatched level of service. They are delightful to work with.

I ordered a new Caldera Spa and was so excited to finally become a spa owner!
The spa showed up and shortly after delivery, a gouge in the panel was pointed out. I had also had a problem with getting the sound system to play. I had communicated the issues with your team and they jumped into action right away. Not only correcting any discrepancies but also taking the time to teach and advise (being a new SOA owner it was a huge help). It is a challenge to find this level of customer service nowadays, you guys raised the damn bar! ?

I’m very impressed by your willingness to help and make everything right as soon as you could. Now I love relaxing in my new spa with the amazing sounds coming through the speakers! ?

We love our Prodigy Hot Tub! With a new grandchild, we enjoy many soaks together, winter and summer! Waterworks were great from the initial contact, helping decide which tub, recommending contractors and installing the tub (see some of the pics and videos...it was amazing to watch!). It is really an important part of our physical and mental wellness!
