Highly recommended! I’ve been coming to them since they were on Amity Road. I have many medical issues and they do a phenomenal job. I recently had a massage with Dakota and she did an amazing job!! I’ll definitely be going back.

My kiddo also got treated to a Birthday Whirlpool Mineral Bath Treatment and they accommodated our every need.

Amazing staff, owner, technicians, and massage therapists. I can’t wait to try the salon.

Loved the experience!!!! Me and my friend did the couples Swedish massage!!! We were both anxious and this was our first time experience getting massages. We are both hard working mommas that work a lot and chose to do something for ourselves that would provide some relaxation and pain relief. Lee and Decloma did fantastic and made sure we were comfortable with everything through the process. We walked out feeling like new women!

I had my first massage experiance with Decloma and OMG it was wonderful!!! She is very professional and made sure to explain everything to me before we started. It was a couples package and Lee was the other massage therapist and he was amazing as well. They both watch body movement to make sure they arent applying too much pressure. There was calming music and dimmed lights. It literally felt like i was there for 30 minutes but it was an hr long massage. I will definatly be back!! Thabk you both!

I went to a local school for a while and didn’t think I was getting the education I needed so I decided to transfer. After that I checked out another school that was closer and they were severely lacking in professionalism and the facility was dumpy. Then I found Bodywellness!! Now I drive an hour each way to attend the best massage school in Central Arkansas. Trust me… I’ve shopped around! The teachers are knowledgeable and they take time to prepare lessons and activities that give us a wide range of exposure and prepare us for getting our license. We do at least two hours of body work every day. I feel immensely prepared to graduate and go straight to work as a massage therapist. I would drive twice as far if I had to in order to get the best education. If you are looking for a school, Bodywellness is hands down the best choice. Don’t hesitate… just do it!!

After a gifted visit/appointment that included multiple services with more than one provider, I absolutely do not recommend The Spa’ah. There is little need to comment on the performance of the services themselves due to each of the providers being unprofessional (and at times inappropriate - i.e. making comments about the exposure of certain body parts while shifting positions on the table, not checking for ingredients I communicated being allergic to which may or may not have been the reason for the allergic reaction the day after, etc.) which created an experience far from enjoyable and relaxing. The menu of services offered is nice and more expansive than others I’ve seen in Conway, but I would encourage you to visit The Copper Well Retreat in Little Rock instead if you are looking for a full-on spa experience. If you are looking for a great massage therapist in town, Deidra Maltbia at Infinite Healing is incredible. I don’t have an esthetician recommendation as there is not a provider I visit regularly, but I would urge you to look elsewhere. Due to the overall experience and treatment I received (from more than one provider) and the lack of confidence I have in the hiring and training process (which I understand may not be fair to those that happen to be wonderful), I cannot confidently steer anyone in this direction. Very disappointed.

UPDATE AFTER BUSINESS RESPONSE:
My initial review was removed as it was accidentally posted under another one of my gmail accounts that I do not want affiliated with personal reviews. The "embellishment" added to the review were two brief examples (see above) of the unprofessionalism I experienced that I felt the need to share to shed more light on some of the things I experienced during my services. The Spa'ah continues to clarify that I was with "only two providers" when I clearly stated that I was with "more than one" as if I misspoke, which I did not. The responder associated with The Spa'ah also included the tenure and high praise each of the providers have received which I'm not blind to, but does not negate the negative experience I had. My one bad experience with them doesn't mean they aren't wonderful at what they do, but instead means that I cannot and will not recommend them based on my experience (and why I recommended some business with providers that I have had great experiences with). Also, The Spa'ah assumed that my statement of possibly having an allergic reaction was related to the "non-allergenic" massage substances, when my statement related to the possibility of a reaction due to the products used during the facial. My review became "egregious" when the brief detail of some experiences were included, but was not a concern when I simply used the terms "unprofessional" and "inappropriate" alone which speaks volumes to the emphasis put on reputation rather than client care.
My review was to comment on my experience and provide information to those deciding whether or not to give the Spa'ah their business and to provide some of my recommendations for any that would find it helpful. I believe the defensive response from The Spa'ah attempting to belittle and diminish my experience and feedback speaks for itself and further supports my overall review of the business.

My fiancee and I went for a couples massage for the first time this week. Upon entering the facility was very clean and organized. The front staff was very pleasant and checked us in quickly. Our massages were fantastic. We really needed it! I really appreciate how the massage therapists took the time to address our needs and implement a massage that addressed our issues. We will definitely be back soon.

I booked an appointment with Amber and it was amazing!! She is very knowledgeable on different hair techniques and listens to what you want! I’ve been to a few hair stylists in Arkansas, and she is by far the BEST! I’m so glad I found her ? I will be back.
