The River Pavilion at Noah's Ark - Buena Vista, Colorado

We had the most magical wedding reception at the River Pavilion at Noah's Ark, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the very start, the owners and their team were incredibly responsive, accommodating, and helpful. They went above and beyond to make every planning step easy and enjoyable. I toured the venue multiple times and visited for follow-up planning sessions, and each time, they were there to answer every question and provide expert advice on setup and rental needs.

We hosted a cocktail hour outside on the concrete basketball court, where the team hung string lights that created a cozy atmosphere (all the sports equipment was removed, there was no indication that the area is usually used recreationally). Nestled between the river and pond, this area made for breathtaking golden-hour photos as the sun set.

Our reception was inside the pavilion, which was perfect for our large gathering. With open doors and the flow of people in and out, it was comfortable even as the outdoor temps dropped to around 40°F after dark. The pavilion easily accommodated our dance floor, and we had a blast dancing the night away! We rented outdoor heaters, and the team allowed us to use the fire pits, which created a cozy retreat for guests who wanted to go outside the pavilion for a break from the dancing.

The pavilion’s industrial kitchen provided easy access for our caterer, and there was plenty of parking available for all our guests. The location, setting, and phenomenal staff all came together to make our wedding day absolutely perfect. So much of our experience was due to the exceptional service and attention from the crew at Noah’s Ark. Highly, HIGHLY recommend!

We got married in April of 2023 at The River Pavilion at Noah's Ark. The property is beautiful and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. We used the property for both our ceremony and reception. The day seemed to go flawlessly and we were able to have our dream wedding. With one backdrop being the Arkansas River and the other being the Collegiate Peaks, the property is set apart from the beginning. The pavilion was able to be insulated and heated very well that our April wedding felt to be a perfect temperature for our guests. We are so thankful for the Noah's Ark staff and how they took care of us.

We’ve been to Noah’s many times to rappel, raft, high ropes course, guided hikes…It’s always great which is why we go back. ? Recently, we attended our first wedding there. And, it didn’t disappoint! The views are as awesome as they’ve always been. The venue is as perfect as the views. And, the staff are equal to both. The same staff that make for great rafting in the summer were there to assure the wedding went off without a hitch. The bride and groom chose well! We were happy to be a part of it all at such a special place.

We got married at Noah's in October and it was a truly magical. Having grown up in Colorado, there is no venue that better captures the beauty of the mountains and the wild of the river.

We celebrated with cocktails, games and music by the river and pond, followed by dinner inside the pavilion, with dancing, outdoor fires, and stunning stars.

The Noahs team was exceptional, responsive, organized, and went above and beyond to make our day special. They strung lights both outside and inside the pavilion. It was so beautiful and we loved the photos by the river, pond and mountains.

We couldn't imagine a better place to get married and celebrate.

What a stunning wedding reception! The venue is right on the river so drinks were served with twinkle lights and peaceful whitewater rushing by the pink and orange sunset. Then we ate delicious food and danced all night. When we needed a rest there was a fire pit to watch the stars and ponder love in the crisp mountain air. I only wish it was my wedding instead of my friend's 🙂

Attended the wedding of close friends at this amazing venue last night. The property is gorgeous - overlooking the river with picturesque scenery all around. The staff is wonderful - extremely kind with exacting attention to the details. Came together for a truly wonderful night. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing setting along the river! Hors d’oeuvres on the open patio were delightful. The covered pavillion as the evening cooled off was the perfect place for dinner, reception, and dancing. Spacious. Great views. Memorable. Consider this place for any celebration. You will not be disappointed.
