We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect venue than Monte Bello Estate for our September 2024 wedding. From the moment we first visited, we knew this was the place where we wanted to celebrate our special day. The estate itself is breathtaking, with stunning gardens, elegant indoor spaces, and a warm, romantic ambiance that made every moment feel magical.

What truly set Monte Bello apart was their incredible attention to detail and their commitment to making our wedding uniquely ours. Beyond the beauty of the venue and the incredible food, the staff’s professionalism and care made the entire planning process stress-free. They anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and made sure everything was executed flawlessly on the big day.

One of the biggest perks of choosing Monte Bello Estate was having the entire property to ourselves for the whole day. From the moment we arrived in the morning until the last dance of the night, we had full access to every space, making the day feel intimate, unrushed, and truly ours. The getting-ready suites were huge—plenty of space for our entire bridal party to relax, get dressed, and enjoy the morning without feeling cramped. The bridal suite was especially stunning, with gorgeous natural light (perfect for photos!) and a comfortable, private space to soak in every moment before walking down the aisle.

Monte Bello also went above and beyond to ensure guest comfort. Parking was convenient and plentiful, making arrival seamless for everyone. The golf cart service was a thoughtful touch, helping transport guests across the property so they could fully enjoy the breathtaking grounds without any hassle. Another unexpected but standout feature? The bathrooms! They were absolutely beautiful—spacious, impeccably maintained, and designed with an elegant touch that added to the venue’s upscale feel. It’s details like these that made the experience exceptional, not just for us but for every guest who attended.

Beautiful venue. A Lion, Witch and the Wardrobe themed entrance. Catering was great. Ample parking, although the parking is uphill from the main venue building so that may be a concern for some people. Our hosts had a golf cart 'shuttle' for people.

I shot my first wedding here this past June. To call Monte Bello Estate fairy tale-esque is not an understatement. The venue is a magical location, full of vibrant grounds, a wonderful staff, and Narnia-themed decor scattered across the area.

Both the ladies and gentlemen's getting ready areas are designed accordingly. The ladies side have a well-lit, two-room space with plenty of sprawling space to put things. The men's side has something akin to a "man cave" with a pool table, bar, and tv for them to pass time while waiting for the bride's side to get ready.

Across the grounds are beautiful locations that will make any photographer (like myself) giddy over the photo opportunities. A pond. A gazebo. A mini-waterfall. So many wonderful options to get stellar images of the bride and groom.

And the staff, simply superb. Lauren and Abbey ensure that couple's every need is met. They are on top of things, running a well-oiled machine full of efficiency and promptness. The wait staff is fantastic. Just top to bottom a killer staff that will make any wedding just that much better (it is the little things, after all).

Everyone at Monte Bello was wonderful to work with. Lauren, Abbey, Kristina, Ashley and all of the catering staff helped us every step of the way. From the initial tour, to my millions of questions during the planning process, all the way to the rehearsal and final walk through, every single need we had was addressed with not one detail falling to the wayside. We added on the early access with the mimosas and beer bucket, the bonfire and smores, the yard games, the sparklers and some special wine. It was so worth it. We were able to effortlessly get ready at the estate while some family helped set up special items for the reception. They even reached out to our favorite brewery to get our favorite beer as our signature drink that they were able to serve at the bar during cocktail hour and the reception. The food was great and my guests raved about it! Everyone is still talking about every aspect of the wedding. I 1000% recommend having your wedding here. It was truly the best night of my life. You won’t regret it.

Let me preface this with I was never the girl who dreamt of her dream wedding one day and knew nothing about planning a wedding. Everyone we worked with were great and helped make my Pinterest wedding vision board come to life and made the entire day go so smoothly! Our guests are still raving about how beautiful the venue was both inside and outside and how great the food was! Also huge plus that they’re dog friendly so our pups were able to be part of the pictures and ceremony. The entire day was truly my wildest dream!
