I went here for the first time today and they were AMAZING, from the time even before I walked through the door! My massage therapist was outside waiting in between clients and welcomed me, gave me clear instructions as to where to go as it was my first time there. Then the front desks was super sweet and gave me my tour and made me feel super comfortable! My massage therapist Sam was AWESOME, she was professional, legitimately concerned about my needs and background, knowledgeable, and very sweet! I almost melted in that table!!!! Then I had Mandy for my facial, and she was AWESOME too, she was very thorough as well with my background about my skin, professional, and did AWESOME!!! I give them 100000000+ stars, and HIGHLY recommend them!!!!!

I would give 5 stars but unfortunately I can't. Russell is the BEST masseuse in the state of Ga and he's worth 10 stars. 3 stars only because of this location was terrible today. We (Me and Russell) were put out our room this morning for whatever reason. We were in the very front room, which was COLD, couldn't walk on the floor because it was cold, I couldn't relax or have peace because the train was on the tracks, you can hear every car passing and an employee was making noises trying to get the furnace, fireplace or something started. It was terrible. I hate I waste my time today. And the manager didn't even have the decency to let us faithful members know they closed the Hampton location. You all really need to do better with communication and put heat in that front room. If this happens again, I'll just cancel my appointment. We suppose to be relaxed and enjoy our time. Not freeze to death, unable to walk on the floor from the chair to the bed and hear everything that's going on outside. I hope you find another location like yesterday because this was unacceptable today and not worth my money.

I’ve been to both locations but the one in locust grove is at a very old house. It squeaks and the furniture is very out dated. The entry way is clean and the staff are nice, especially the receptionist! My facial and massage was nice as well. The reason for 3 stars is while the esthetician did my facial, she was throwing the facial towels on the FLOOR. After my facial was over, the towels were in a pile on the floor. I know they are not using new towels every session so why throw towels that’s going on clients faces on the floor? I was disgusted and shocked. Also, when I was getting up from my massage, the sheet on the massage table that I was on came off a little in the corner and the interior padding was brown…. From other people’s sweat and dirt I guess. This should be cleaned and exchanged once the padding is no longer white! Or switch to leather, that’s much more clean. I was so so disgusted. Spas are held to higher level of cleanliness in my opinion and this location did not meet those expectations.

I have been a client of the Locust Grove Honeycomb Cottage for 4 years. Monthly, I get a facial & a massage. I’ve been very happy with the service since I started giving my business to HCC.
Today, I had a facial experience like I’ve never had before. I had my usual dermoplane treatment but Wisdom, my esthetician, performed this facial concentrating on what my skin needed in particular. It was hydrating, cleaning and I felt fabulous afterwards. Wisdom explained all of the steps she was taking AND talked to me about a care regimen I should follow between my dermoplane facials. I rebooked with Wisdom before I left the building, I look forward to my next appointment.

The young lady that did my lashes did a good job, despite she walked out several times and came back smelling of smoke. The pricing was reasonable and she was pretty quick when she was working. The spa itself is nicely decorated and a nice atmosphere.

It was such a relaxing experience; I took a quick nap. They had to wake me up, but I would love to come back for another cleaning!

Friendly staff. Great service. I had a 90 minute Swedish massage from Willie. It felt so amazing. I highly recommend The Honeycomb Cottage.
