I went to a salon for the first time in 2 years to get my hair cut. Unfortunately I made the mistake of choosing this salon. When I sat down to get my hair cut I showed a reference photo of what I wanted which was somewhat of a wolf-cut style. The woman who cut my hair acted like she could do the cut I wanted. However not only did the hair cut I got turn out to not even REMOTELY resemble the haircut I asked for, but she also cut 8 inches of length off my hair without even considering to ask if I wanted to go SHORTER in length just because I had split ends. At no time during the hair cut did I mention wanting LENGTH off my hair & the reference photo I showed her was of longer hair about the length of mine prior to the hack job I received. The layers she gave me are blunt and when I got home I had to cut 2 1/2 inches off the right side of my hair because it was that much shorter on the left side. I will admit I didn’t bring up the problems I had with the haircut before leaving the salon because I was genuinely distraught & knew nothing this salon did (aside from building a time machine) could atone for what they did to my hair. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR HAIR. I genuinely hope y’all go out of business if this is how you treat your paying customers on a regular basis. Sincerely, wishing y’all all the worst.

It was simple to make an appointment here. The place was clean and friendly. The price was right. I was 15 minutes early for my appointment and they got right to me. Bailey did an awesome job cutting and styling my hair. I will definitely go back to Bailey!

For as many good ratings this salon has I am throughly upset. My husband went in today asking for two on the sides and long on the top and not only were rude to him the entire time she was on a phone call while doing his hair. She clearly was not paying attention because he left with a BUZZ CUT. SHE SHAVED ALL HIS HAIR OFF. I’m not a Karen and I can do excuse some service but this is absolutely not okay I will be contacting the owner immediatley. Do not go here

Jamie Halcomb is the best! She has the best laugh and makes you feel so comfortable when she does your hair. If you don't like it she will fix it until you are happy. ALWAYS easy to get an appointment with her or any of the girls
