Right out of a storybook. The Hotel was made to look old but it was wonderfully new. Everything was clean and in working order. The room, building and grounds were beautiful. A few steps away from the rooms outer door was a cute little town square, a fantastic pizza parlor, and a Java shop. We couldn't have asked for more except a place to have breakfast would have been nice.

The hotel was pretty empty, yet they put us in a tiny room at the back of the hotel. We barely had room for both us and our luggage. |There is one microwave in the lobby, so when you heat anything, it was cold by the time we returned to the room. |There is no cable. You have to have an Amazon account and if you don't have your own fire stick, I think they will loan you one.

We stayed at the Gateway Hotel in Copperopolis for two nights and will definitely stay there again. The property is lovely and immaculate. Beds were very comfortable and every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and courteous. It's a very small town and there are only a few restaurants, but the hotel is literally across the street from the three restaurants and a delightful coffee/ice cream shop. The property has a pool and fitness center which we used every day. We have a family cabin in Arnold, but decided to stay there and I'm so glad we did. I usually am cooking, cleaning, vacuuming, doing laundry and changing linens when we stay at the cabin and I may decide to stay at the Gateway Hotel instead.in the future. Had a very restful and relaxing stay without all the work.

Great hotel, top quality bedding, sheets and pillow.||The pool and jacuzzi are amazing and the water was crystal clear.||We were travelling with our 2 kids and one of my son got sick during the night and vomited in our bed.. I went to the front desk and they were so helpful, came to our room to clean and make our bed with new bedding. They were so efficient and comprehensive..||This is a miracle place, we did love so much the hotel and the city that we decided to stay one more night. We had the pool all to ourself ! What a great relaxing experience we had in family, it was a nice place to finish our vacation and relax !!

The location was convenient for visitng our friends nearby, and the room was clean, but that was about all I could say for it. The room was tiny and with all our luggage, we barely had room to move. The hotel was practically empty, so we have no idea why we were housed all the way back there. ||There is no cable TV. We were told that we had to have an Amazon account and use a "fire stick". No thanks. ||No microwave in the room, but I could make my breakfast sandwich in the one at the lobby. Our room was about as far away from the lobby as you can get via many twists and turns, so of course my food was cold when I got back to the room. I then plugged in the Keurig to make some hot tea, and yep it did not work.||We will not be returning.

We had amazing stay and the staff were amazing! A bit far from anything but almost everything you could need is there already. It was a great stop for us and may be back soon.

This hotel was top notch and was the best hotel I ever stayed in. I would stay here again if I'm back in the area. Food across the hotel. Nice swimming pool. Totally recommend

They did a great job on this hotel remodel. Very nice. The areas has lots of choices of restaurants and there is a top rated golf course. there’s a lot to do we will definitely be back. |I would like to bring the grandkids back here because the pool and hot tub are awesome.
