A must visit! I love my time here! I got a membership after my first visit and never looked back. I so look forward to my monthly massage and float and always add on a sauna! It’s truly time and money well spent. Eva is the most kind and patient person ever and takes such good care of her clients! The rooms are so clean and totally private and they have all the little extras you need to make your visit easy and comfortable. It’s the perfect way to get time to yourself to relax and recharge without all the inconvenience of a big expensive spa.

I have been receiving massages at Chicago Stress Relief Center for many years now. Ewa Gut is an incredible massage therapist. She understands my needs and she is very attentive to my aches and pains as well as making me feel completely relaxed and comfortable. Eva at the front desk has always been professional and kind and sweet and caring. Chicago Stress Relief Center feels like a secret little oasis where I can de-stress and reboot. Highly recommend!

Beautifully relaxing environment! Everything was extremely clean and the receptionist, Eva, was perfect! The tub was HUGE, and the room and pod had ample space, so I wasn’t apprehensive about claustrophobia! Thank you for a lovely experience! I would absolutely LOVE to work there!! I did my advanced practicum at The Chicago Stress Relief Center. It was an amazing experience, I learned so much and truly believe I left better than when I went into the year. I am currently completing my internship and the praise and acknowledgement I recieve, I attribute to the education I recieved under Dr. Weissman tutelage. I am more confident, self-assured and willing to speak up on with authority to defend what I believe to be true. I recommend any student to train here if given a chance and any potential client to go for therapy at The Chicago Stress Relief Center. You will be the better for it!!!!

I feel so rejuvenated. Today I chose the FIR Sauna because my body really needed it … my muscle tension melted away, my skin is glowing and feels tighter (ladies & gentlemen) I can’t recommend enough with all the to try the Sauna and soon after a massage . Also so incredible clean, staff is so kind and supportive , which is exactly what my body needed to heal. Highly recommended visiting the Chicago Stress Relief center .

At the risk of making it harder for me to get in when I choose, I will tell you that the float pods at The Chicago Stress Relief are second-to-none. The interactions with staff are super-positive; the rooms and showers are always clean and welcoming; and the massage therapists are also excellent. I go once a month at this point. If you've not tried floating but an environment of intentional and timed sensory deprivation that allows for a mental reset appeals to you, then this is the float to try!

Had the perfect duet of float time and a massage with Ewa. Highly recommend Chicago Stress Relief - I still drive down for both treatments after moving to Racine three years ago. The staff and clean facility make it absolutely worth the time and effort. Love you, ladies!!
