I smiled throughout the entire facial?. I also had a pedicure and manicure by Tonee she was outstanding as well. If you desire great service, conversation and friendly faces I recommend this place. Staff and students were wonderful from scheduling my appointment, greeting you with a smile, and making you feel welcome. When I arrived, I signed in, and there was no wait time. The technician, Thelma, greeted me and directed me to her station. I was scheduled for a wash and twist. This was my second time at The Beauty Academy, Thelma is an excellent stylist, professional, and friendly. Thelma did an awesome job on my twist. My twist looks beautiful. My first experience and it was AMAZING. From the nice and welcoming lady at the front desk Ms. Patricia, to all the Instructors (Mrs. Hill, Ms. Stanley and Mrs. G) who continued to check on my mother and I throughout all of our services. I received a very relaxing facial from Kennedi. My mom got a pedicure from Tonee' and she is a miracle worker on your feet. Laquintta did a shampoo, hair dye, and style with curls on my mom, and she did fantastic. The entire facility was clean, and each student who serviced us was very patient and professional. We will definitely return.

Being a student here was the best decision ever. We were constantly surrounded by encouragement & love. Every instructor cares for each and every person in the building, even if you’re not their student! I absolutely loved my experience with the beauty academy. 10/10 recommend if you’re looking to be an esthetician, nail tech, or cosmetologist. And even to be a client for any pampering service, you won’t regret it!!

I was serviced today by Tanesha, she was such a professional, she provided exquisite care, while giving me my signature facial. It is apparent that the skills are taught by Instructors that demand excellence from their students. I have arthritis and came in with stiffness, but after Tanesha did her miracle work my face arms and hands, I felt refreshed, sparkling clean and definitely hydrated. The atmosphere was ameanable to soothing relaxation that made it all work wonderfully together. I will return, the Beauty academy got my A+ today.

Experience: I definitely will be returning, this was a very pleasant first time experience it was relaxing. Soothing music/minimal lighting atmosphere for optimal relaxation. The essential oils and the light wax were my favorite moments and it was just enough pressure to ease tensions.

Staff: Attentive and friendly, the teacher who guided and assisted Tanesha today you have done an amazing job in molding an esthetician such as Tanesha.

Improvements: Maybe digitalize forms for future clients. Slightly bigger sized robes for us big backs ?

Final Remarks: Tanesha you were amazing and you have made this client feel at ease and welcomed to return, thank you for your service and conversation.
