Jen M. just cut my hair and it’s probably one of the best haircuts I’ve ever gotten. I look like a completely different person. She killed the low skin fade and the beard trim. She took her time and the haircut clearly shows she pays attention to detail. I 100% recommend. Great stuff Mrs. Jen!!!

If your not friends with one of the barbers there forget it. Everything is make an appointment now. When the dad was alive you could walk right in and wait and one of the women would cut your hair. Now they tell you the wait will be over an hour and you should make an appointment and low and behold they don't have any that day. I think it is just a nice way to say they want to be a women's hair dresser rather than a barber shop. Miss the dad he made them run it right. The daughter who runs it now seems to be running it in the ground. I have never in the last 10 years had to make an appointment to get my hair cut.

I live in Atlanta and found this place on accident one weekend when I needed a quick trim while visiting my parents. Jen happened to be available for a walk in and was happy to take me.

She gave me the best haircut I have ever had.

My hair can be finicky and I have jumped from salon to barber all through Atlanta. I have spent $40-$70 on haircuts but I have never been as satisfied as I am with Jen.

She is very friendly and she takes her time to cut it right. As long as she keeps cutting hair, I will continue to drive an hour down to Newnan every three weeks to get a quick trim in.

Awesome Cut from Joel! First time here and Joel was cool as ice! My appointment was at 4:30pm. I had to wait for a few minutes while he finished up his current client. Joel confirmed how I wanted my cut and did exactly what I asked. Hot towel treatment, wave length low taper with beard shape and trim with razor. My wife (who is the toughest judge) loved the cut also. I will be back!

Iv gotten my hair cut here a few times but due to work I had to come on a different day then usual so I had to use someone Iv never used befor . Jen not only gave me a great and entertaining conversation. She gave me one of the best detailed fades and beard long ups Iv ever received. All my co workers asked who faded me up and I told all of them who to come see .

I walked in and wanted a cut...started to sign in at a little before 430pm and they said they couldn't take me. Closing at 6pm seems to be a little inaccurate if I show up over 90 minutes before that time and I can't get a cut. Bummer.

Thank you for the comment. Ultimately, a couple ideas to improve the customer experience if this happens is:
To post on your site that you don't or can't accept walk ins, have a sign that you could turn on (like a vacancy style) when you are full for the day so parking time and space isn't taken up, or even, hiring to meet demands. All business matters, and when times are good, it's easy to forget that those little things help the little people. Again, I appreciate it.
