Amazing place to train, Coach Chris makes it a fun stress free environment. Coach Chris likes to say “this is your work out, if you want to live roll or work on something that’s fine”. Students are welcoming and will take out time to break down moves and help you practice. Very female friendly academy.

He is extremely skilled and knowledgeable, and does an amazing job training both youth and adults. This is not just a place to train, but also a great community, that welcomes newcomers and provides a safe place to learn and roll! My family and I have been training with Chris for well over a year now. Both my son (9) and daughter (8) train in the kids program and my husband and I in the adult program. The atmosphere is welcoming and fun along with Chris’ calm teaching demeanor. I have watched the confidence of my children grow thanks to jiu-jitsu as well as my own.

Technique BJJ is a female friendly gym with both girls and women in the kids and adults class. I personally feel extremely comfortable and welcomed every time I walk thru that door.

I would highly recommend coming and training or even just taking a trial class!
Walking thru the door can be the hardest part at times, but I promise it’s worth it!

Exceptional Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class for my six-year-old! The instructor is fantastic with kids, creating a positive and supportive environment. Coach Chris provides a safe, welcoming, humbling (ego free), and amicable environment and teaching style for both children and adults.
