Had the best time with Julie Rowe while getting my hair done! I recommend going and seeing her if you are looking for an exceptional hair stylist! She fixed my hair color that I had previously messed up at home with box dye and it looks amazing! The shop is so cute and just has a great atmosphere! ?

I moved back home and was looking for someone to do my hair. I walked into tangles and Julie greeted me very friendly and I highly recommend going to her she is so sweet and just to be around while she is doing your hair. The environment is relaxing and all of the people that work there make you feel welcome.

I went here because of the many reviews about how good this place is. I haven't cut my hair in 5 years because of bad experiences and wanting to grow it out. The hairstylist I got was the new girl, she asked what I wanted I explained it in detail and showed pictures. I asked for an inch off with face framing layers and a blunt cut in the back. She did the exact opposite; cut a v-shape, uneven, tons of layers and cut my hair several inches more than I asked for. So much for being trusting, I will never come back here. Walked in with butt length hair and walked out devastated and angry with bra length hair.

I will never go through Kelsi again I paid $758 for extensions to be put in granted she was polite and the installation was very good but she didn’t blend my hair in at all my hair is uneven and I was only refunded $165 granted hair is expensive but this was my worst experience I cried with the harsh comments the public gave me with how bad my hair is and my hair doesn’t grow as it is so it will be a long time before my hair is ever even again she wanted me to pay additional money for her mistake the top 3 is kelsis work the bottom is from a different salon that helped fix it I usually don’t take it this far or say anything mean and let things go but I’m already self conscious and my hair is a huge part of that don’t recommend

She is a very sweet and friendly young lady and enjoys her customers and everything she does at Tangles.
Everyone is so very nice and friendly and I love going there.

Josie was kind enough to get me in the day after I called and get my haircut. I didn't feel judged or rushed and I greatly enjoy my hair. My kiddos also got their haircuts here almost a year ago and the stylist that did their hair was so patient with them (one kiddo was about 3 at the time)

The service that I received from Julie rowe at this company was really good. On the other hand the service I received from Tess Mann was not. She told me that I could order a wig and then if I did not like it I didnt have to take it. When i got the wig in. It didnt fit correctly and she insisted I take it home to see if after working with it I would like it.we agreed that I wasn't what I wanted and went to return it then later on. Then was informed that it will cost me $70 for her to take it back, i paid $170 for the wig that didnt fit my head correctly and would lose$70 that I will not receive back.
After getting upset about situation. She gave me my money back but told me I am never allowed back into the establish.
